ive recieved 3 calls from this company this week. they are known as ncc financial or commonwealth financial. they have my name my social security number and an old address of mine. they claim i owe for a doctors bill from december of '09 which i dont recall seeing a doctor then and when i asked what dr and where he is located they couldnt give me an answer so asked for a paper bill to be mailed to me they refused and said that my credit will be affected before a bill could reach me so i need to pay it now with a credit card and when i insisted they hung up on me. the next time they called was exactly the same only different amount even though it was the same date and again they hung up on me then i called them back and a 3rd person answered the phone and proceeded to yell at me irately forcing me to hangup on him. so contacted my lawyer and he said they are performing identity theft and to get as much information as you can to prosecute them. then they called again today with the exact same result just a new person. my advice do not give them any information and report them.

they have ben calling me  everyday in february 2012, i just  dont answer them.......

They have been calling my home daily for 8-10 months,we never answer but they are relentless,sometimes they call twice a day,wasting their time calling us lol

Recieve 2 calls a day from them NCO Group. Rude, ignorant, untrained employees. Bill collectors on a bill that is not owed

i received 10 calls on the same day July 18, don;t recognize this number so i goole it.  I am always working and i don't have voicemail, so they can't leave me a message. But they are so annoying. that i am about to disconnect my home line.  and also received from like different extension with last 4 numbers scramble but same first 6 digits.

Get Phonetray free. Google it. Install on your computer and next time they call block the number via Phonetray. Then next time they call phone will ring once and you never put up with your phone ringing off the hook. You need a phone modem in your computer to hook a phone line into for Phonetray to work. I have Comcast cable phone service and it works like a charm.

Started receiving calls from this number daily... I never answer and they don't leave messages.

I get continual calls from the number 309-517-0795.  I do not answer but I am tired of the calls!
I do not trust this number!  They do not leave a message, therefore I will not return or answer the calls

I began getting 1-3 calls a day on my work phone about two months ago.  I never answered and they never left a message.  Eventually the calls became so relentless and disruptive, that I finally answered.  It always went to an automatic prompt, and at the point I just hung up.  But today I got so tired of it I went through the prompt and waited to be connected...then it hung up on me.  So, I called back immediately.  I chose to speak to a customer representative and I was answered by a human pretty quickly.  I told the rep that I've been getting a lot of nuisance calls from this number and wanted to figure out what was going on.  He said he was looking for someone...but it wasn't me.  I told them it was the wrong number and that was all I had to say.  Hopefully they don't call again, but if they do, I will inform them never to contact this number again.  I don't know if they're obligated to respect that request but it's worth a try...

They are calling my cell phone as well.  I cannot get them to stop calling me.   Sometimes they call twice a day.  I have called and asked them to stop calling me, but they talk nonsense.

they are calling for my ex-wife - when told she has not lived here for 5 years they argue and become rude using threats of legal actions against me for concealing her. When told I can mail or fax the divorce papers to them, they claim that does not matter - then when told they are not to call here again they become persistent and continue to call back every 15-20 minutes. this company should be informed of the contents of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Since February 7th 2013 I have received a call from 309.517.0795 twice a day everyday. It is May 2nd that I am writing this note. The number is from a called who are calling themselves Commonwealth Financial Systems. Being that I don't know how to stop this call I started using Norton Mobile Security for my cell phone and that program app allows me to set telephone numbers that I wish to have blocked. Whoever are the people behind this company façade they are truly up to no good.

My son get's calls from this number constantly and the problem is that it costs him minutes on every call he gets.  I don't know who this number belongs to but they are a nuisance.  I would do just about anything to get them stopped.  He got a new phone and I believe these calls are meant for someone else.  Anyone have any suggestions?
