I've been receiving these weird phone numbers since the beginning of April, and started calling non-stop to my home phone. But I never answered them, it was about a loan that I was supposed be get and I was pre-appproved but I never got any money into my account. Now they were after me on my cell phone saying that I have a case from to the attorney, and that they were going to press charges on me and take me to the Criminal Justice Court in NY by being arrested if I don't pay back the "credited load" that I never received. I had to leave work after my lunch break at 1pm, and went to my lawyer, accountant tax services as well...Well he told me it was a fraud, and a scam!!! You should change my number he said, so I came home and afterwards report it to the police, but the detective couldn't take action on the situation because they have my information, unless they would have hacked me, or if they would of scammed my information, the detective would go after them!! The phone numbers are 309-518-5285 and 309-200-0536 also. Have indian accent on both of them numbers, and they both have a case on me! Didn't make any sense to me, neither to the detective or the police officers in NYC, those [***] pricks were manipulating me, and harassing me! [***] scum bags [***] indians [***], son of a triple [***] [***]!!! I want someone to sue and REPORT these low life [***] and burn them pouring them gasoline, by taking away people's money!!! Now I have a LifeLock on all my information and onto my social security number! Thanks to the [***] stinky [***] community of [***] smelly armpits and with their point black shotted forehead between their eyes! [***] them all!! Please REPORT them ASAP!!! And have them SUED because they were threatening me! I can not be a victim of a fraud, then have my identity theft! What a [***] up world we are living in 2012!...ain't that some [***]!?...

I too have received numerous calls.  Tonight someone named Ben called me.  I told them I know they are a scam; that I have reported them to the BBB and FTC and not to call me again.  This "Ben" called me back and shouted a string of obscenities on my voice mail.  How do I stop them.  Last week they called 20 times within 1/2 hour.

They called my job, OMG! I did not do business with them at all. I am reporting them today...

Called, Left message saying I had a criminal case, wanted my lawyers # and my SSI to verify.
Caller said " my name is being shawn gibson" very strong indian accent

This time they switched up and had a lady call me after I told the guy he was everything but a human being.  They keep calling and calling and I am going to get a new phone number.  They use disposable cell phones and are actually calling from India so that is why no one can prosecute them.  It is a travesty.  I played their bluff and told them I would send a cashier's check or money order to create a trail but they refused demanding a CC number.  NO FREAKIN WAY!!!!!

Received a call advising I am a suspect in a criminal case, no details other than let me transfer you to my legal officer. Caller was speaking in and Indian accent, I asked for specifics, caller said "you are not aware of this?"...oh my god, let me transfer you. I advised I wanted documentation sent to my address...there was a pause...I then hung up. Caller then called back and left a threatening vm which said I need an attorney or I will lose my job (unemployed as I write this) and might go to jail. He didn't appreciate the fact I hung up...go figure. If I don't call 309-518-5285 back, then he wished me good luck and threw in a hook advising if I wanted to work with them in good faith, there would be no charges. I live nowhere remotely close to the location he advised a so called criminal case was filed. I think these individuals are using information provided by pay day loan companies, etc. to scam people they really shouldn't be trying to call. Caller name was ERIC JONES!!

They just called me talking about that I owed money and they are going press charges and have me arrested and told me I am going to lose my job, who in the hell are these people.
