Recorded message from Arbitration Resolution indicates a lawsuit pending, leaves a number to call. Didn't catch the number.
I believe this company is associated with Eisenburg, Roth and Associates (or just Roth and Associates, lately) which is a scam debt collector.
I called back the 309 area code number and was refused information on the name of the company and mailing address. This is the mark of a scammer.

Referenced a debt from 2001-2003, which is well past statute of limitations and may have been discharged in bankruptcy. Not legal to pursue. I invited them to file.

Scammer collecting on very outdated debt, past statute of limitations.

same as above they even had my social security number, SCAM, at first they said the comany was the IRS Internal Recovery SErvices then they told me the company name was pre trial mediation .   THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM

Same bogus message as above from a fraudster named John Spencer. Trying to collect on a eight year old debt that was discharged by CH 7 bankruptcy. If they can get one fool out of 100 to fall for their scam, then they are successful.
