they call dont say anything and then hang up when i tried to call back i get the phone has been disconnected message then they called again this time they kept saying hello like they cant here then they call one more time and as soon as i say i can hear you they hung up. all with in 4 minutes

Just got a call....no message left....Googled it up to find out it has a "fan club" of people ending up w the same issue

My Girlfried just called me from Equador with exactly that number. I would assume it's a roaming number as she was called with her German cell.

I have a friend who left for south america 3 days ago and i mist a call with this number. I had a feeling it was him and now you confirmed it. It's a number for long distances probably. He is from Quebec. Thanks!

At 6:00 am in the early morning while all my kids were sleeping in peace. This Mother F. called and hanged up. That call woke up all my kids and it took me about 4 hours to take them back to sleeeeep.
This piece of [***] caller has a disconnected way to call him/her back. I called but there is a message said that the number has been disconnected. This [***] must be stopped. This number should be tracked and they should hunt down whomever doing that [***] to disturb people's peace.

Calls to my work and cell phone from this number.  No message was left.  Shows in the White pages as a land line in Ingleside, CA.

I too recieve calls from this number. I can hear people, but they don't seem to be able to hear me.

I am certain my calls are originating from Bogata, Colombia.

Got this incomming caller number when a friend visiting Bogata
Columbia called back to Houston from a Houston based cell phone.

Today I was victim of the same number calling my cellphone. So far it has called me 8 times today. Tried to figure out where +31 area code was located and it says the Netherlands or 310 (California). Tried to call the US numbers and I got a recording saying that the number was disconnected and a busy signal when I called the Netherlands number.

Is there any way to block this number?

When my friend (from the states) who is visiting Bogata calls me (I assume from his cell) this is the number that shows on my caller ID.  I thought it was odd, I found this website after googling the number.

That number is a router out of Colombia....   so if anyone is calling with a calling card or from an internet cafe you are probably going to have that same number on your ID or a similar number..
310 area code is a Comcel number..( a Colombian phone company). don't worry, it is not a prank.   if someone calls and you don't hear anything is probably a bad reception, a delay, or someone that probably mixed the numbers up and called you instead of calling his/her friend or relative.

I  just now made a call using my work international phone (carrier is AT&T out of the United States) from Colombia to the US and it showed up on the other person's phone as this 310 number even though my number is really 415 area code. So above post is correct - this 310 number is for calls coming out of Colombia.

recibo varias llamadas del numero 3102159808 pero no las escucho solo aparecen varios mensajes de llamadas perdidas de ese numero telefónico.

Recibí en Portugal una timbrada de uno celular de un amigo en Colombia y Claro se me aparece el número 310 215 9808 que no es su número de celular. ¿Misterios de Colombia o de Comcel?
