Received a call, nobody on the line and they hung up after about 15 seconds

Spoof number. Tried calling it back and get a non-working number

Remodel company, I asked to please be removed from list.  He said no and was very rude.

CALIFORNIA and not in service.

Another one bites the dust...

Panasonic - MENU > Caller List SELECT > Scroll down to number > SAVE > CALLBLOCK?  >  YES

Many phones have similar features.  Some you have to block via the phone company / cable company website.

My cellphone also has a list although it's not this easy to get the number on the list.

I am on the do not call list.  Someone called from this number saying they were a contractor on Angie's List and were calling people in the neighborhood to see if they were interested in home remodeling services now or in the future.  I said I was on the do not call list and they hung up.

These idiots call everyday, they never leave a message and if you do answer, they hang up on you.  I'm guessing more Scam/Spam telemarketers.

Another hangup call.  This means they are using a robodialer, and no one in their smelly, sweaty boiler room was available to pick up the call.  Robo dialers are illegal for telemarketers, but these creeps don't care.

Monday morning starts and this is my third call (all from different numbers) and I have already put in three entries today. Anyway didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

I always use my 2nd phone to dial an incoming unrecognized number. It came up not in service so after a man said hello I said " I need to tell you this call is being recorded" he responded by 'I don't care if you are recording this call and enjoy getting 50 calls a day, jerk' and hung up. Next time he calls I am going to set an appointment and get the salesman at my home.

Criminal TeleScammers calling to case and see if your home, to rob you.  Any home improvement scam you want to hear, they will tell you, when (if) they answer.  Call back, and it is a bogus number.  I am ont the Federal and CA Do Not Call Registries, calls coming from these criminals are illegal.
