just wondering if this is a telemarketer

This is the 3rd phone call from this company looking for my husband.  The woman says she has a contest award for him.  When she called this time, I asked her if she was a magazine salesman; her terse remark was, "No - I a sales WOMAN."  Well, guess what, IF there was some sort of prize for speaking with her, she can stick it.  I finally told her my husband does not enter contests and he's not interested.  Now if she calls again, I'll file a complaint with the 'do not call' list office of our friendly and always helpful gub-ment.

Keep getting calls from 310-241-2965. Anyone know who it's from?? They never leave a message.

that number has called and using a different phone, they never pick the phone up instead it will rise g n ring! they too said we are one of the finalist in a dream come true sweepstakes. I asked them if this is a scam or a fraud and quickly said "No" so annoying to waste our time!!!!

Got a call from this number woman wanted to get information on credit cards hung us when my wife handed me the phone.

Called at dinner time no message just asked for my husband. Didn't offer to leave message when I told her he wasn't here. I don't like anyone to call and not tell me why. It had to be a telemarketer because we don't have anyone calling us because of the Do Not Call policy. I do not want anyone calling me if it's not important. I don't enter contests and I don't owe any money to anyone.

Never answer this call from a lady 310-241-2965. She said that my credit card company refer me for a raffle to win a $25,000
She wants to verify my information to make sure it match on the raffle. it's a scam....Lady get an lega job!!!

Female called claiming I was a contest winner. I asked I be put on a no call list and they hung up .... scam

Just got this annoying phone call and of course I was perplexed as much as anyone else.  So, I got on Google to see what I could find out about this "Hearst Inc." that appeared in my caller ID.  Well, as you know, I didn't find out anything about this bogus /scam company but, I was glad to see this information already posted where others had took the time to share/warn others of what's going on.  It gives you a little piece of mind knowing that it's not anything legit.  Thanks!

Received a strange call from this number saying that my credit card company signed me up for a contest. To make it to the final round I have to pick between $25,000, A car, or kitchen makeover. Then I have to Subscribe to a magazine. When I said No, She just hung up.

This woman keeps calling asking if I am my wife and when I tell her I am not her, she tries to hang up, and when i ask who she is , she says it's okay and she hangs up. When I try calling back it keeps ringing. She will not give any information to me, sounds very questionable.

This is a scam number that keeps calling my cell!

I just got the same call from this lady at the same number.  I started to ask questions and she hung up.  This is definately a scam.

She lies and says I'm a preferred customer and that I'm a finalist in a raffle. She knew my name and my address which creeped me out. Once she started talking about charging my card monthly I said I wasn't interested and she hung up on me.
