Woman asked for my husband by name, even though she called MY cell.....something about refinancing.........this is about the 5th call like this from different numbers in the last few days.  I faked a foreign accent and pretended not to understand.  She hung up on me.

I called it back.  The message said it was Home Defenders.  But the mailbox is full if you want to be taken off the call list.

I just received call on my cell phone from this number.  I did not answer or call back.

Just got a call from this number. Answered it and it was dead silence then it hung up.

Tell them not to call again or you nail them for the $500 for calling a do not call phone then add them  to your scorn list.  

I blocked this number. Who r they. How do they get ur number?

These people need to STOP calling me.

Several calls but they hang up

This number has called me several times. The line sounds like it is dead and then the call disconnects. I did a reverse phone look up and came up with the result of a Landline owned by Teleport Communications Group. When I looked up the company online it states it may have been purchased in 1998 by AT&T but it also provides phone service to many states including California. Sounds like telemarketers to me.

I answered, they hung up.  I see by my post above they've called me in the past.  Creepy when they call a cell number and know your name.  At least robo-calls are random....this one is calling us on purpose.

They've called twice, I've answered and then dead silence/hangup.  I've just blocked them.

Received call from 310 341 0197 on personal cell - did not recognize the number nor was it in my contacts - did not answer and no voice mail was left on cell phone.

Indian chick called my cell and asked for my husband by name AGAIN.  I see this is the third time I've posted about this number recently.  So sick of these parasites.

They asked for me by name and then immediately hung up.  Cannot be good.

this number calls almost daily now, I have restricted the number on my smartphone so it doesn't even ring now, goes straight to my voicemail, but then they leave a voicemail. I check it, merely to get the voicemail notification off my screen, and it's always dead air, then a click. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!

Here I am again.  This time when they called MY cell, but asked for my husband by name, I deepened my voice and tried to pretend I was him, just to mess with them.  Joke's on me........she hung up on me!  Tried to call back but recording says their voice mail box is full.  BS!

Same B.S. about lowering your Student Loan costs, as if I have EVER had a Student Loan.
Don't Bother about the DNC list as it is only from State to State and since it's inception there have only been approx. 6,000 yes SIX THOUSAND calls investigated.  I can guarantee there are more than that many reported each and every week (most likely per day).
Just another blatant lie from your friends in D.C.

Debt collection does not fall under the DNC. They are under the FDCPA laws..
