- joe| 2 repliesyes they are low end collectors. dont answer the phone.
note: a collector is legally not allowed to call u after you tell them u are not going to work with them.
and THREE calls are made. make a note and record each if the three calls.
if u hang up it is better but after three time, tell them u know the law and are recording them still
calling you. at that point u need to directly contact the attorney general of that state.
in this case it is California.- Call type: Debt collector
- joe replies to joeremember u must tell them 3 times is the max, once it is documented that either u not the the person they are looking fo ror you are indeed the person and they can proceed but not in calling your personal number. It is essentailto record them on tape/digital answering machine as the they and you are speaking.
they will usually run away.... - MoThese so-called debit debt collectors are, in reality, extortionists, who are scamming the public by threatening to take legal action, claiming that the affected party took out an online payday loan and did not pay it back. Unfortunately, I did take out an online payday loan...however, the funds were clearly credited and debited from my account and were paid in full. The repercussions have included scam artists, such as those at this telephone number, who have your personal information, and are using such to extort additional funds.
I know there are many people out there who are being taken by these people, and I feel that the federal government should be more actively involved in pursuing these scammers and prosecuting them.
I have been receiving calls such as this from locations such as Ne York, Los Angeles, Malibu, and Toronto (to name a few), and to date, I have not had one message from an AMERICAN.- Caller: American Payday Loans (just one name of many)

These people are NOT legitimate debt collectors. They are EXTORTIONISTS who need to be actively pursued and prosecuted. This has become a growing problem which needs to be seriously addressed. If I do happen to get sued it will become a national news story, and then perhaps the government will do something. - alfred zaragozaperson and number unknown to me for any reason
- Just MeI received 2 calls today from these people who said I took out an online loan for $300. When I asked for the date when the loan was deposited, he couldn't give it to me saying he wasn't allowed to give that information. When I asked him who deposited the money in my account and for their number, he gave me the name but said he couldn't give me the number because they had already turned the account over to his company. I thought it was rather odd that he was not allowed to provide me with anyones phone number.
I was told that I would need to contact an attorney, and that I would have to serve jail time if this wasn't paid back. I told him I wasn't paying anything back since I never received it. This guy had my social security number, home address, and my bank account number. I called the bank, who told me that they were going to change my account number, and I am setting up a passcode so that if anyone tries to take money from my account they will need to have this in order to do so.- Caller: Joh Hudson Law Corp. - JaiGot this bogus call at work just like the previous people reported above. This is such a scam and waste of your time at your job. Keep notes and file a complaint with the attorney general in your state as well as the attorney general in California as shown on the top of this page.

Im about to tell them that we americans are smart and they cant full us and that we just caught there leader and now we are gonna be after them and we will get them.
