Please block this call bank from calling people at home! It sounds like a cold call. It is unacceptable to bother people at/after 8PM any day of the week, but particularly bothersome on a Sunday.

I received a phone call from this number also (310) 359-6411... They call at ALL hours of the day and nighttime.. And I DO NOT have an account with them

Company calls several times every day for almost 3 weeks now although I do not have an account with this company. What does it want?

Its Credit One,  I have an account with them, my payment was late by one day, first and only time I  have ever been late. Paid as soon as I realized I  had forgotten even called them with reference number of payment, so far today they have called at least 8 times since 11 am. Paying this sucker of in full on payday, don't do business with them.  They also have another number out of Texas. They leave no messages.  When i called to report payment man named Steve Jones with thick, hard to understand middle eastern accent took information. Blocking this number and the one out of Texas.

keeps on calling and not speaking, when they do speak I can't get a clear answer for the reason of the call.

These people keep calling and leave no message.  We do not have an account with them.  We are on the Do-Not-Call list, but we still get their calls.  Please make them stop.  

800notes is not a call blocking service. You are going to have to do this yourself. The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get the information for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for harassment.

Thank you.  They called again today and I spoke to a man with an Indian accent.  He apologized for "bothering us" and then asked to speak to a name I did not recognize.  I told him no one by the name lives at our home and he had the wrong number.  We've had this no. less than two years and get weird phone calls.  The previous owner of this no. must had some real problems.  I think we will have to change our number.  I will also try what you suggested.  Thanks.

Iam late on Payment and paying after Xmas and told them and still keep calling...

I live on the East Coast!! Why is a California number calling me..not once but about a dozen times within 2 days. I picked up once and it was a woman then I hung up...other times they call I click deny..why would they even call me?

I didn't know these people were a scam artist. I got an offer in the mail saying I was pre-approved for this offer so I applied for the credit card and got it. When it came in the mail I read the paper and it said there was an annual fee of $45 so I called them told them to cancel the card because I don't want it they sent me a bill and I called them again and they said just pay it now and we will cancel it and I  told them to kiss my a**. The next day they called from 310-579-6133 telling me I owed money to a payday loan place that is not in my area. These people is on some bullcrap and they need to stop.
