I get calls from 310-362-4312 all the time, today was the first time that I returned a call to these people because they called my job! When I receive these calls at my home,no one says anything. Then a male voice begins to talk and he asks for me by name. He then asks me to hold and seconds later a guy by the name of Julian Marshall comes on the line.This guy Julian Marshall has a very strong accent, I can't tell if he is Arabian,Muslim or Pakistanian or what. Today this Julian person informed me that I was due in court today after tomorrow, because charges were brought against me for "Federal Bank" fraud, "Check fraud" and "Theft by deception". I asked him who filed these charges and he was very rude and stated to me to not interrupt him until he was done reading the affidavit. I interrupted him and told him that there was no need to read an affidavit to me, because I had no idea to what he was referring to. He became very belligerent and stated, that it did not matter to him if I listened to him or not just be in court the day after tomorrow and hung up. Well, I hate for anyone to hang the phone up in my face, so I called back and the same guy answered the phone. I was placed on hold and then Julian Marshall picked up and I told him that I was not impressed by his rude behavior or his bellgerence, and that I did not want to receive any more calls from his company to my home nor my job...he stated that he could call 15 times a day if he wanted and that I just needed to show up in court and hung up the phone again.
I decided to not press the issue, because I could be getting charged for every phone call that I make to these idiots and I know that I have not frauded the federal bank or can not remember the last time I wrote a check!
So please be aware of these people. I can only assume that the got my information from a purchase that I made online...but now, I have to change out my checking account (because he read that to me) and he even asked for the preceeding numbers of my social, he already had the last 4 digits. This is really scary, so please be careful.

Has anyone thought of contacting the D.A. in L.A. about this?

This guy has called several times.  He speaks with heavily accented English on a very bad phone connection.  The first time we actually spoke was at my work place today.  Prior to today he's left several phone messages for me that I've not returned.  He claims to work for a company called A.C.S, which is the legal representative for a "Fast Cash" loan place.  He then alleges that they've put money into my bank account within the past year and I've not repaid.  After spouting a bunch of affidavit bullsh*t about court dates, lawyers, and having me fired, he becomes absolutely belligerent when I demand to speak with someone who will answer real questions in real English (because he keeps telling me to stop interrupting him).

Here's the scary part. He knows:

My Full Name
The last 4 digits of my SSN
and my Home and Work Numbers.

I too am getting calls from this guy. Now that I know what he's going to say i'm not even going to call him back. He said there's a court date? Well don't believe he's [***] because if the court wants you the court will issue a summons for you in paper and served to you not from a call from him. So don't be scared and hang up the phone dont answer him dont call him back. If he knows the last 4 of your SSN most likely he does not know the full number.

I'm getting same harassing phone calls several times a day from a bruce harvey and have also spoken to a mike anderson.  I have had all of the same things as before.  He has called my boss and left him messages as well.  I've put in a complaint with the federal trade commition yesterday.  This guy had the last four of my social security, my email address and the name of my bank.  He has stated in the message that if I don't return his call back the "god help me for what will happen to me".  I have called him and issued a cease notice to him per stated in under filing harasment charges and I'm about to call the police in California where this number is from as well as my local police so they have this all on file.

I had been recieving calls,  but have not for a few days now, I have contacted the Attorney General's Office and The FBI, by phone and a letter.  It is a big scam..   They try to get to you,  I am fighting back, We are Americans and we have protection.

I also received a phone call from this company. He stated that he was going to get my employer involved that I have a court date on Tuesday and that they'll pick me up at my employer that day if I don't show up. Funny part is, that I haven't received any summons or have been served. He also asked me if I was involved in money laundering!! Heck, i work as an AML Investigator and I can not find any information on this company or guy. He stated that I used a "Fash Cash" loan in which I haven't even thought of using. It's a scam and I WILL be contact the police department here and the banks regarding this non-speaking, want to be harrassing english person. Whatever country he is at. The number that popped up on my caller id was 237865721. Looking into that.. That was from Cameron.. Right outside Nigeria. Funny! No legal action from that country.

Another shocking information.. I called a friend who is an attorney. He advised me to call back so I can get a physical address so where I can send legal documents regarding the calls. When I called back, they representative stated that it was 1365 Chulo Vista Drive, Irvine, CA 92602. Now.. Look that up in google.com and/or images.. It looks like a residental area. Not a business park. Definitely a scam going on.

I also received a call on tuesday at work from this guy who told me that i needed to call back with my lawyers information. he told me to call 310-362-4312 i called back and i couldnt understand what his name was but he said he was from acs and my creditor was fast cash.  I did have a payday loan but it has been paid off.  he told me tht i needed to be in court on wed and and it was going to cost me 5548 dollars.  i started to cry i have never done anything wrong before.  i know this loan has been paid off.  he knew my email address and where i worked and my last 4 numbers of my ssn.  he went on to tell me that because i sounded like a honest person that he was going to contact the restituition area and call me back when he called me back he said that the can lower it to 1148 but i had to wire them 687 today.  the number that comes up on my caller id is the same one that trey said that comes up on his.  I also called the court house in new ken but they had nothing against me.  I am just so worried and freaking out.

I got a call from this guy too. He has given several different names and does speak with a horrible accent and the connection isn't good. He told me the exact samething he is telling everyone else and knew all my information. He said I had to be in court yesterday for three allegations against me. and that I owe money from a loan I took out 2 years ago. I never took out a loan. He wouldn't tell me how much I borrowed but told me that I now owed $1,135. Then he said he will talk to the loan company to lower that amount but that I needed to fax a letter of apology.  I was crying and freaking out because I had no idea what was going on. I called my boyfriend and he knocked some sense in to me. It was a scam. I put my credit and ID under fraud watch, called the local police who said that I had no charges against me and was not due in court, I also searched for the ACS American Credit Services company he said he worked for. They didn't even know where 310 area code was and said they didnt have anybody under the names he gave me. It's a scam I am tired of people doing this. He actually keeps calling me back. I answered once and told him that I have reported him to the police and hung up. he calls back all the time now and leaves me messages. We need to get rid of this *&@#%*&.

Scam tactic to scare you and have you wire money. Don't do it!!!

OMG you guys are crying when you talked to this guy. Like what I said, if the court wants you they will send you a summon by mail or send you a certified mail. This guy just wants you to wire him some money. When you guys started crying on the phone with him he likes it and he knows your vulnerable. Don't believe this [***] it's a scam. Please gals don't cry as this is a scam. Don't show that you are weak and easily manipulated.

same exact thing is happening to me.  Receiving phone calls from ACS Legal, saying that I owe money from a payday loan, but cannot give me the name of the company that the loan is from.  They just tell me Fast Cash International and they represent over 300 pay day loan companies. Cannot give me an exact answer, even told me that they are going to serve me papers at work tomorrow.
But if I pay them 1089.23 today from my credit card, that will close my case but they still cannot tell me who i am paying and if I will get some sort of notice that from the company I am paying off.  Told me to just consider my credit card statement my receipt.
Julian is very rude and nasty and also told me I was having 3 charges brought up against me also.  Told Julian that I needed my case number to have my attorney contact him and he hung up on me

Consumer Complaints
Click on "Complaint Form," file it out online, and they will take immediate action.
Make sure to reference all 3 of Julian's phone numbers: 310-362-9387, 310-362-9346, and 310-362-4312.

The person I spoke to said they will track down phone numbers through government agencies and get to the bottom of this. Since Julian is calling people throughout the US, they even have grounds to prosecute depending on how many complaint forms they receive.

Let's stop him in his tracks; he has our personal info, and we do not need to have him mess up or credit or do any other damage.

Oh my gosh these people are freaking insane. I recived a call from a man named sounded like Jason Casey he didn't say what he wanted or what company he was with but did say he needed me or my region attorney to call him and the issue at hand was extrremly time sensitive. If I or my region attorney didn't return his phone call  at (714)409-0415,he could only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me and may God bless me. This is a load of crock first of all no collection agency has a 714 area code number and they are most likely not arabian and second he's has to be kidding me with that may God bless you line. I also had another company contact me from supposedly Eagle Eye and Associates back in February talking this same jingle (with out the God bless part) this lady even had the last 4 of my social and my correct name and address but I didn't find out they were scammers until after I sent them a promissary note. I filed a claim with my district attorney and placed a freeze on all my credit reports. I don't understand how and why these people can go on doing all this without anyhing being done about it.
