Some one called me stating  this was a call from ACS and I was due is court tommorrow, in California . I live in Illinois. This foriegn sounding person said that I owe money on a pay day loan from 2007. They also stated that I committed fruad. The refused to give me any details and said that I did not pay it back. I have payed back all pay day loans. They probably bought my information and are attemting to steal money. I file chapter 13 in June 2008. All my legitimate creditors are aware of this and negotiate with my lawyer.THIS IS  SCAM!

I received a call AT WORK from a Patrick Johnson stating he was calling from American Credit. He was really rude and hard to understand. Bad English.He first demanded my attorney's #. I kept asking him why and then he asked if I have been briefed on the issue. I told him no. He would not tell me what creditor. I tried to talk but he kept reading from his script.From what I could make out or hear from when I was talking he was telling me I was being sued and it was my fault and for fraud. He at first kept telling me to take down this number 310-362-9346. I did *67 and called the number back the number just rings then makes a beeping sound...

The same people who have called you, have called me. When I ask them to give me info they become angry. The numbers change from 4312 to 9346; I have notified the FTC and will contact the FBI today and also my local police department. I happen to be in the legal field and were this a debt i would receive notice in the mail and from there review it and either pay it or dispute it. This happened once before and I was scared until I calmed down and reminded myself they are scams. The guy doesn't even leave a company name. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. ASK THEM TO SEND YOU SOMETHING IN WRITING, WHICH THEY WILL BLOW OFF AND IGNORE OR CLAIM THEY DID - as I told the guy, if I did have a debt and forgot it, I will make good but not until I see something in writing.

PS As of today, they are blocking their number so i don't trace it - it sounds like the same guy from yesterday who can barely speak English. And when he claims to put me on the phone with a supervisor, it's the same guy or sounds like it.

I just received the same call on my cell phone from a number listed as a nine digit number, yes these are all the numbers (not 10) that show on my caller ID.  I did not answer and a voicemail was left.  Then my work number started to ring and it must have been the same people because they asked for me however could not pronounce my name correctly and when I asked him to repaeat it he replied, don't you understand english, lol, I told that he was not speaking english and if he was I would have understood him.  Then I hung up.  He then called back and tried to tell me something (remember not american english)and proceed to recite a number so I hung up again.  He then called back, I asked where he was calling from and he said I would need this number 310-362-9346, to contact his main office.  After he gave the number I hung up on him again, not releasing any information.  I then googled the phone number and got this site.  Americans beware........and make you understand english.  :)

My call was from the same Patrick Johnson, this is obviously an alias.  He has an indian accent, sorry but never heard of an indian named patrick Johnson.  The message he left on my voicemail was hilarious.  He stated that if I did not call him back may god have mercy on what was about to unfold on me.

I would like to ring their necks!!!!!!!Called me with all these accounts I was being charged with.  Could not give me a date I was given the loan nor when I defaulted.  If I gave them an attorney number it would be settled at 900.00, if not it would be $11,500.  Funny thing is they were going to contact my employer, (self-employed) to have me fired.  I had them on the phone the same time as my attorney, they hung up and told me that can't help what happens to me.  Same with the rest on the phone number, you can't get through.  The gentleman kept saying I will say this slow so you will understand, and I said its not that your talking to fast, its that I cant understand a word your saying.  Called my local police dept.

I am an attorney in Montana and one of my clients received a call from Andy at 310-362-9346.  When I called Andy he said his last name was Richardson and that the mailing address was 1365 Chula Vista, Los Angeles, CA  90334.  When I identified myself as an attorney, he said I would have to speak to his supervisor, Julian Marshall.  Julian identified him self as an attorney in CA but refused to give me his bar number.  He asked for mine, then immediately began yelling I was a liar because he could not find my number on the MT Bar website.  He said he was suing me because I called his business a collection agency.  He hung up.  Big surprise.  I called back at another number given in this website, 310-362-4312 and the first time it was busy and when I asked if this was the law office of Julian Marshall, I was transferred to him.  As soon as I identified myself, more screaming, yelling, threat of suit, and he hung up.

I've called the California Bar and I'm making a report to the Commission on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.  If Julian has identified himself as an attorney to you, you may want to make a report, too.  The address is:

I constantly recieve calls from these people, in the human resources office that i work at.  Obviously I'm not allowed to give any information and inform them "our employees are not allowed personal or business related calls while at work".  they become angry and yell sayin that this is neither personal or business, which obviously it is.  This is very irritating for me.

Click on "Complaint Form," file it out online, and they will take immediate action.
Make sure to reference all 3 of Julian's phone numbers: 310-362-9387, 310-362-9346, and 310-362-4312.

The person I spoke to said they will track down phone numbers through government agencies and get to the bottom of this. Since Julian is calling people throughout the US, they even have grounds to prosecute depending on how many complaint forms they receive.

Let's stop him in his tracks; he has our personal info, and we do not need to have him mess up or credit or do any other damage.

They are calling my work many times a day and tell me they are going to coem and take me to jail.. and wish me luck.... They won't tell me what this is for.... they tell me that I sould already know

This is Crazy. I got a call at my job from "ACS" about payday loan that I was due in court tomorrow. I asked them who did I owe they said to call 310 362 9346 with my attorny's info. I asked why was I being in court they said let us speak to your attorny or just call back this number. I googled the Phone number and this website came up. I am reporting them to the FTC.

I just received a call from a bizarre phone 11028551013 number. A message was left by foreign person with an Indian accent who claimed to be Bruce Harvey. He told me to call him back at 310-362-9346 because there was a dire situation that myself or my attorney need to take care of. He also wished me good luck and if he didn't hear back from me soon my "situation" would unfold. I called the number back and asked to speak to Mr. Bruce Harvey and was placed on hold and disconnected.
