This # registered as a "Wireless Caller". "Betty" tried to remind me of our earlier conversation for home improvements. No such conversation ever took place. Told her to she violated my "Do Not Call" registration (however ineffective that may be), instructed her to remove me from whatever list she had, and I was reporting the call to the FCC, which I did.

Caller left message on my voice mail yelling my name and then hanging up. It was not a familiar voice or phone number. Registered as "california" on my land line ID.

asked for "Mark Takumura" never heard of him . said they were from the "design Center' located in Gardena.  told caller they have wrong num and he said sorry and hung up.

I've been getting calls from these people once a week for over two months -- on my cell phone.  Need to end this madness.

Same here - usually they hang up when I answer. One time a man said "Hi there Jay, how's your Tuesday going?!" Sounded like a call center, with noise in the background. I said "I'm not Jay, I think you have the wrong number", and he abruptly hung up. Today they called AGAIN and so I've started calling them back, but either they don't answer, it goes to a VM that isn't set up, or someone answers and doesn't speak. Also sent the number a text message saying "No more calls, okay?". We'll see if that works. Otherwise I'm going to keep calling them.

I'm sure I'll get a call from them tomorrow. VERY annoying, would love to know which company it is, especially if they're local.

I have been receiving calls from the same number for over a year.  Since reporting them to the do not call registry 5 times did not work, I thought I would waist their time by scheduling an appointment with them to replace my 40 windows!  They called back 3 times from the same number to confirm appointment (this is a cell phone the call was dropped with the estimator).  I'm doing this to get the business card so I can report them since I have not been able to get a business name.  I will also allow them to waist their time by giving me an estimate.  Once he is done I will tell him that I don't want to do business with them and wanted to let them know how they feel to waist their time like they did when they call me consistently even though I've asked them to stop calling me.  I think this should be enough of an incentive for them to stop calling me.  I will also report them to the BBB and the do not call registry again.

Ok, they came out for the estimate 1 hour early, so I told them to get started while I finished my breakfast.  Well the kid never came back, either he knew I was not happy to deal with him or he just got the measurements and will pass on to a more experienced salesman.  Anyways, I think the people calling and harassing me is some sort of cold calling company who then the pass the information to a company as a lead.  Either-way I want these people to stop calling me and hanging up once I ask them to stop calling.  The company that came out is called Gold Remodeling 430 S. Western Ave Los Angeles CA 90020 phone number 213-908-7135.  I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the do not call registry.  I hope others follow my tactics so contractors stop using this cold calling company and put them out of business.  They are rude and don't care about our privacy.  I only wish I could get my hands on their number and start bugging them with useless crap!!!

310-365-7489 is a fake, spoofed number. The people calling you are listed below.
You can sue them for violating the TCPA for $500 per violation, $1,500 if you can prove they knowingly violated the law.. It is easy and cheap using small claims court.

Every time I answer this number the truck across the street leaves. Pretty certain they are waiting for me to leave the house.

They keep asking for someone with a long name but I have a short name and when I start to say wrong number they just hang up instead of removing my number from the list.
