same here.  called & hung up after rings stopped.  

a lot of background noise
like someone was in a bar or restaraunt
no one replied when I said "Hello"

they hung up

No Caller ID, so did not answer.  Probably another scammer!

Another illegal telemarkter.  No caller ID, leaves no message.  I refuse to pick up any call that I do not recognise or know where it is from!  

A girl on a cell phone with terrible reception & breaking up issues called wanting to discuss the new FHA loan changes - sounds like a scam.

Have received a call from this number two days in a row.  Caller ID says Beverly Hills.  Of course I didn't answer.  Probably a scammer.

I always answer these type calls with a sharp tone saying, ...WHO IS THIS, WHY ARE YOU CALLING.
Remember the person who is asking the questions is the one in control.
This time the caller said he was with VA BENEFITS  and was asking if he could improve the status of our VA Loan.
He was aware of our current VA loan stats.  The short conversation went well.  I didn't feel pressured.  I did NOT
add any new info or confirm any info in his "knowledge base of my husband or me"
