Lady has called my business from this number three times a day for the last month. When the business is open, it's a foreign woman almost screaming at me in super broken English, asking if this was my business.
Just hung up. They keep calling every single day wanting money for an 'ad'.

this number keeps ringing up at out place of business - if you are going to ask questions make sure that the person speaking speaks friggin english

Some guy in broken english with maybe a far eastern accent called asking my hours of operation. He knew my location and then asked if i accepted payments. I asked "payments for what" (i'm an AF recruiter... we dont take money for anything) and he said something i couldnt understand and i asked him to repeat and he hung up.

I am a NG recruiter and get the same phone calls and same description of caller.

Some woman with a very heavy accent called our business this am and wanted to update our yellow page ad.  I told her I only deal with the yp representative when I initiate the call.  She then hung up. Caller ID said VOIP CALLER

I received the exact same phone call today, but spoke with a man. Now I'm concerned...

Caller ID says Beverly Hill, CA. Calling a couple of times to my business number. This morning was 9.30am... I'm on the east coast, making it 6.30am on the west coast. I'm not answering, and they're not leaving a message.

Foreign lady called my place of business, could hear a lot of talking in background. She asked what my business hours are. I asked her, Why? She said is it OK that I ask you? I said NO Thank you and hung up on her.

This number called our company at 1201 hours today.  When I saw the caller ID display "Beverly Hill CA" I knew it was a B.S. call, so I picked up the phone but said nothing.  If it's an idiot-message waiting for a voice before triggering, this usually prevents the message from playing.  It also often prevents the call from being bumped to the next awaiting scam artist/sales person.  As usually happens, the call automatically disconnected after a long moment.

Same as the others...Broken english...Asks hours and location....Must be off a cell phone because the call was breaking up really bad.

some foreign sounding lady called asking if we were located at X address. i said yes, she then told me this would cost nothing and they are updating our profile. she then asked "what is the nature of your business?". i told her i dont have time for this and hung up on her

do not call my firm when we have a damn website up and available as it is. vultures

A lady with a think accent wanting to verify our business address & the nature of our business & wanted to know our hours of operation & web address. I asked her what this was in regards to & she said her name was May with the Yellow Pages. I verified things without using phrases they can later cut & paste to make it sound like I accepted stuff that costs money but didn't give them any new information.
Then she let me go.

Caller ID said VOIP CALLER.

Uh-oh. They're looking for $$.

Calls and say's he is from the Yellowpages and his name is Vladimir, he will ask you for your full business name and address and when he reads it back to you its wrong

Calls every day and doesn't leave a message. I've blocked the number on my phone.

Same as some of the above posts. Woman with accent. asked about our parking lot. I asked her what that had to do with the yellow pages. she said it was for our "customers when they come in". I told her we manufacture here, that our customers do not come here. hung up on her. wish i had looked at the previous posts before I gave her any of our info.
