You had to come out to a low traffic thread which has been dormant for sixteen months just to insult everyone? Such a big man it makes you, one who exhibits the same poor reading comprehension as all collection industry cheerleaders. No one here has yet discussed being in debt, unemployed, a lazy thief, or less than human, the favorite (and secretly self-reflective) catcalls of all your peers.

The main problem on display here is runaway skip tracing, a problem created by collectors who insist on carpet-bombing extended families, workplaces, and entire neighborhoods just to flush out one person like a duck from a swamp. Not to mention the account being chased may be out of stat, or was already paid, or was never owed, or you plain have the wrong person whom you pretend you cannot directly find in an age of networked databases.
