they called me today saying they had a "personal matter" to discuss

No message. I don't answer phone numbers i don't know. If its important leave a message, right. Well, they keep calling and its really frustrating and annoying. Does anybody know who this is?

310-461-4078 called very early in the morning left no message. I am looking for a job and I have gotten a lot of very strange calls.  I believe people are trolling job sites and taking the phone numbers for selling vacations,and other scams.

I'm in intensive job search. Getting junk calls to sell life insurance. I hope that's what this is and not something important.

This is a collection agency trying to be sneaky. They won't give out their identity and it is rather shameful.

been calling constantly - no message. i finally answered today - female asked for some random person - told her to get lost. feel's like debt collector.

Received a call from 310-461-4078. I let it go to voicemail. Listened to the voicemail and it was nothing but dead air.

Called today and left no message. Blocked now.I love my phone screening machine.

They keep calling but never leave a message.  It's a Southern California area code which is my cell phone area code too?  I wonder if they are calling any random numbers or just local to them???  In any case, very irritating..............
