Called my cell phone and left a voice message and when I listened I could only noises of a car driving.

Called my cell to tell me I was entered to win Publishers Sweepstakes and asked to confirm my address.
I asked how they got my number and the woman told me my bank gave it to them. When I asked which bank she did not know. So I hung up.
This guy is definitely up to something.

I keep getting calls from this number and caller ID says it is a Carlos Fuentes. I do not pick up the phone, no messages are left on my machine. I get a call a least once a month from this jerk.
I hope someone is monitoring this page and lets this person know that the people he is calling are really getting ticked off!!!!

also got a call from them, I told the girl I did not want to order any magazines or anything else.  stated my bank gave them my information which is a load of crap.  my number is unlisted and non-published, they hung up on me.

Got a call from this number today while at work. Told them I didn't have a credit card, they told me they were representing my bank and that my bank informed them I pay my bills on time now I'm entered into a sweepstakes for $25,000. Told them to remove me from the list, the girl said she could but only after I verified my information that she suppsosedly had on file. I told her she already had my name and number and could remove me, she told me "don't tell me how to do my job" I told her "if you don't like people telling you how to do your job maybe you should get a real job instead of stealing people's cc information" Her reply "oh excuse me I bet you went to college didn't you....my paycheck is double yours" she then proceeded to tell me she wasn't taking me off the list and said "lose some weight and have a great day". I called back and spoke with a quote unquote manager and CEO of the organization. CEO was some Australian chick who said that she doesn't want me on her list and wants the money to go to someone who deserves it but can't remove my name until I provide me her with address. I told her to take me off the list and she refused without more info. I stated that I knew her company was bs and not legit because I did a google reverse phone search. She said "shiver me timbers let me remove you" This is the worst "scam marketing" company I've ever talked to. At least some actually sound professional, what the hell

I got a call from this number as well....right now actually.  When I attempted to call it back, I get a busy signal.  After reading the above comments, it seems to possibly be "bank" related.  I wonder if we all have the same bank?  I've been having alot of trouble with mine and wouldn't be at all surprised if they DID give out our information.  Whether it is legal or not, if you can't prove it how can you fight it?
