    Who are these people who call me and then hang up. The number has been disconnected or they are using it to disguise who they are! How do I make them stop? How do I report them? I blocked the number and they still call from another number? This has to be against the law? How [***] irritating~!!! It does not help to ask nicely to be removed from their call list so when I find out who they are. I will either shoot them immediately or sue them for harassment!

    CID said TORRANCE CA. It was an automated voice--said something like "this is a friendly reminder that your student loan is due". That's when I hung up. I don't have a student loan!!
