it told me a friend has given you pocket express news & sports

Got this as a text message. Said: "it works!" Are you home? Can we talk? Googled number and found this site. Did not text back

Text message claiming to be "From: A Friend".... Spam text.   Free Pocket Express.

it claims it was from my husband

recieved 4 calls from this number - Rhino fish Media comes on my screen, i do not answer but am charged 30 minutes for each call!!  who is this jerk??

regular text messages "says from Donna's Hair Design" - very irritating.  can't call back number....to make it stop!

I got 2   "happy New year" texts but have no idea who it is.

Ok I found out what this is. Its Ipipi.com text messaging service. Generally used by people overseas that dont have international text message capabilities on their phone. If you have an Ipipi account check your messages there and it will tell you the phone number that it was sent from

"Can u call me i can't find my phone" From this number. Texted back who is this, no reply.

The message was received at 5:28pm
Message then gave instructions how to pay to extend parking privilege.  I am over 2000 miles from California.  In fact I have never been to California and neither have any of the cars registered to me.

I just received the same message. Weird.

I suspect that this is an agent for Premier Parking.
Using an automated machine, you pay for parking in one of their lots immediately after parking..  You can enter your cellphone number to receive an expiration notification and an opportunity to buy more time.

They have lots in many cities.  The entity that owns this number may be an agent for whoever manufactured the automated parking collection machines and work for parking lots across the country.
