SD&A [310-760-0644] is constantly calling ... I do not pick up! Checked their website ... they do fundraising. They list clients that they fundraise for [list includes many cultural organizations I support]. SD&A is NOT a non-profit ... but they are seemingly calling on behalf of non-profits I do business with. Ergo, is SD&A [310-760-0644] in violation of the "Do Not Call" list?

Approx. 90 minutes ago I e-mailed MJAvans@sdatel.com & requested that my number be removed from their call list.  I just received an e-mail confirming that my request would be honored. It looks like it worked.  Thanks again, Vincent for this tip.

They call me everyday 2 and 3 times starting at 8am. My number is unlisted and not published. I have blocked there number, but they keep getting through. How can we stop them from calling all the time. I told them to stop calling, but you see where that got me.

Calls everyday for several weeks.  Now calling 2-3 daily and tonight I finally answered and they asked for my husband and I didn't get another chance to tell them to stop calling.  I am frustrated.  I am on a no call list.

Several calls, no messages left...

These people are rude pests.

I believe I have seen this number before when they were raising money for the Sheriff's department...Just a guess that it is the same one.

calls about twice a day at the same time everyday. no message

They have called twice a day for the past three days.  I've never answered and they don't leave a message.  We are on a "Do Not Call" list, so I find this annoying.

Someone has called me from this number about once a week for the last month.  I have not answered because I don't know anyone in California.  This is the only time I have had a repeat telemarketer call me several weeks in a row.  I wish I could stop the calls.

Caller hung up after answering machine picked up...recorded a couple of seconds of a male voice making a smart remark before haning up.

Got MANY calls from this number --- did not answer.  Finally, after readingthis Blog -- I called them -- cat a recording -- searched by name to get an extension I think 214 no one there started trying extensions around that number -- finally got a person.  I told her that there actrions were reprehensible and told here that I would start calling my congressman and the FCC if this continued.  Told her that any more unsolicited calls would represent be their acceptance of my offer to take their calls at $100 per call.  She said they wouild take my number off their list.

Refused to answer call.

They keep calling and calling and calling.  But they never leave a message.  So how important can their call be?

They call here on a regular basis. Will try the email addy Vincent posted to eb removed from their list. Hope it works!

I have not donated any money to non-profits with my current number that they keep calling at, So I have no idea how they even got my number in the first place...I guess ill try their site....cuz its getting ridiculous in the amount of calls....
