toyota service review call.  was asked a bunch questions after getting an oil change...

Called 2-23-2008 @ 11:38 regarding recent purchase of Toyota.  Asked 4-5 questions rating dealership experience.

Ditto -- second day in a row with no message, both around lunchtime, to my cell.  No idea what its regarding/company.

Calls my phone about 2x a day - no message. Called it back with a blocked caller id, and the answer was an "outbound resource center that does not accept incoming calls".  So I blocked them.

Received calls two nights in the row from this number.
They ask for my husband on MY cell phone. We own a Toyota but it hasn't been serviced recently.
I have no idea who they are.

I have also received two phone calls from this number with no messages.  I don't own a Toyota or for that matter a car.  They called my cell also!  I thought there was a law about telemarketers calling your cell phone!!!

Caller calls my cell phone about 3 times a week but don’t leave a message. They call about the same time (4:00pm) every time. I do own a Toyota and recently had it serviced. I think the caller is from a survey department but I’m not interested in taking the survey.

Left no message. Why? The capability to leave a message is there. Who are they?

Like MAVSFAN, I called the number back and also got the msg that they were a marketing firm.  As they always call during dinner, I would love to know how to block incoming calls from that number.

These are unwanted calls and i also have reported the call to th e FBI

I bought a Toyota Corolla from Durant Toyota in Weatherford, Texas. The next day I get a call from 310-862-9027 asking about the Durant Toyota dealership. I told Durant Toyota's rep that I do not give out my private phone number to strangers and I do not want them to give out my private phone number to strangers. Now I get this call everyday. They hang up when I answer now.

I printed this page along with photo's of my caller ID to show Durant Toyota in Weatherford, Texas what this company is doing to their customers.  They had no idea this was going on. They contacted Gulf States Toyota and made a demand that this company with phone #310-862-9027 STOP calling their customers NOW!  Thanks to this web sight TOYOTA will no longer call customers. I want to thank the owner of this web sight.

Recv'd several calls w/o messages from this same #. I have purchased a Toyota. Wait till they find out how pissed I am at the dealer for a touch up paint job they had done. !!!! Out

Been getting calls from this number once or twice a day for the last few days. Just bought a new Toyota last Saturday (today is Wednesday) so that must be why they are calling.

They've called twice and haven't left a message. I do not know anyone from this area code. However, I saw the other posts about the Toyota's and I do own a Toyota that I've owned for less than a year.

got a call from "Ima Looney" pretending to be from the toyota dealer we purchased at.  told her she had wrong #.  sounds like phishing to me.

I've gotten this call several times all week on both our home and  my cell phone.   No one responds and no message is ever left.  I did have routine service at Camelback Toyota last Friday.  I emailed the service manager and pasted this website and essentially told him this survey company is ticking off Toyota customers.

I got this call the day after I bought my new toyota recently and it was supposedly a toyota survey to see if the customer service was ok that I got. Then, they asked for my email address and said they would send out periodic specials and notices on toyota stuff...suspicious, huh. Everyone should turn them in to their state attorney generals office.

I've gotten calls from this number once a day for about a week on my cell. No one answered the first two times they called, so I stopped picking up. Just got a call from the same number on my work line, and they hung up when I answered. I own a Toyota that was serviced about three weeks ago, and already received--count 'em--three emails asking for my input on their service. If this is yet another survey for the same thing, I'm never returning to the dealership, despite its convenient location.

I keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone....I don't own a Toyota.
