Annoyed - 27 Oct 2007We've been getting calls from YPR 3 to 4 times a day, 7 days a week, for about three weeks now.
I am ALREADY on the Do Not Call list (have been for a couple of years now) and have been reporting each call from YPR to the FCC's web site.
I even called my phone company and told them we've probably been called 50+ times by this number, each time a hang-up -- and the phone company told me to call the police.
YPR has crossed the line here. First, I'm going to file a police report. Then I'm going to contact a lawyer specializing in class action. I suggest everyone call their local police. Maybe somebody will do something.

RE: Annoyed - 30 Oct 2007Have you filed a formal complaint yet? We are also on the do not call list and continue to received phone calls from this company, all day long. It's quite aggrivating. I will be filing an informal complaint this afternoon, but I wonder, if we all filed formal complaints to the FCC, would we see a better response?

Barbara - 2 Nov 2007I also get several daily annoying calls from 310-862-9039, but last week I started making my fax machine pick up those calls, and I haven’t received any calls from that number for a few days. This morning I received a hang-up call from 410-774-8252, when I called it back I heard the same recording I heard when I called 310-862-9039.

Correction - 30 Jul 2008Actually, telephone numbers placed on the National Do Not Call Registry will remain on it permanently due to the Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of 2007, which became law in February 2008.
