I received two calls 5:19 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. on October 18th, and if this is Toyota, I did purchase a Toyota Truck the very same day.  No message left

I received two calls from this number. No voicemail was left. On the third call from them I answered. It was Toyota calling with a 5 question survey regarding my recent Toyota purchase.

They call repeatedly but do not leave messages.  If you call the number back, you get a recorded message that says “call our corporate offices at 866-320-4607”.  At that number, you get another recorded message that says “you have reached ‘Centivate’, a market research company.”  They also provide you a prompt to add your number to their Do Not Call list(I’ll see if it works).  I did buy a Toyota Camry in Northern VA this week… not sure if it is connected, but based on other posted comments, seems likely.

had work done on my 4runner @ the dealership on thursday called at noon on saturday.  answered but they hung up

They call repeatedly and sometimes till 9pm, but never leave a message. My caller ID says it's from TOYOTA. This is very annoying.

Hello!  When you answer this call...it should be Toyota giving you a survey.  The reason???  To make sure you were happy with your service when you either bought a new Toyota or had service/maintenance done.  This helps the dealership with improving customer service in all areas of the dealership.  I work for a Toyota Dealership.

After finding this site, I decided to answer since I recently bought a Toyota. This time they hanged up!
