So if your calling off a list please remove it otherwise you'll be facing consequence of your actions.

iI suspect this is the collection organization for the California Police Activity League. This is an outside organization hired by the police to solicit donations for the  PAL. Under the Do Not Call legislation, charities can solicit donations from anyone. I'm surprised no one answers when the phone is picked up. I've heard from them before

I keep getting these calls and they hang up everytime you answer.  CALPAL  Contacted them directly to be put on do not call list.

Received a call from (310) 862-9093, They did not say or do nothing on the answering machine.

Has called numerous time, no voice mail left. When I picked up man on the other side said hello in a gruffy voice but then said you are breaking off I cannot hear you and cut off the phone. The line was very clear.

These !$#!@#$@# call every single day.  I've already asked to be off their list.  They just keep calling.  I'm never donating to anything ever again.

Same issue here, call:
800-710-4149 and there is a choice to be put on their "do not call" list. I just did it, I hope it works!

called, asked for husband, hung up on me without answering me. someone from same area had been calling earlier today and hanging up on answering machine.

They just called my house but told my husband it wasn't important after he asked if he could take a message.

They call the office line and ask for the CEO, he said his name is Jason Fletcher and he is from CALPAL when I told him that my boss is not around he just hung up.

These guys will never learn.  Every time they or one of their reps calls they are representing their Org to the Public.   The callers are trying to be "results oriented", they may have put that on their resume which should have been a clue NOT to have hired them.   So they hang up and get to to the next call as soon as possible ... no time for a polite apology.  But it IS possible to find out who they are.  And now they have just damaged their reputation even further in the public, and the words spreads.
