Got a text message from them saying I could reduce up to 90% of my debt and to reply back or opt out. From the research I did on the email address provided optout4@yahoo.com they are spammers. DO NOT TEXT BACK or call or email them. This will let them know they have a valid number and they will continue to spam your phone. Best to just ignore it. They are changing the number they are spamming from so hopefully you won't keep getting the message if you don't do anything.
