Not in contacts, so I didn't answer.  Surprised by voice mail message: a recording about insurance offered by several companies including National General and Standard Life.  I did not listen to the entire message.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Number says California. I don't live in that state

Didn't answer.  Phone said Oakland, California.

This number keeps calling

Irritating telemarketer who paid for my cell ph # (that I rarely give out) and calls and doesn't leave messages. There are other similar numbers it uses with the same 310 area code. I'm SURE it's a telemarketer because starting on a certain date I started getting various telemarketing calls....this number is one of them.  Some leave messages, and I accidentally answered a couple of them. So it looks like my name hit some list that was purchased, which is when these irritating calls started.
