Hello, please be aware of this# 310-872-2186 there is a officer Justin miller and Zack Austin calling from department of law and justice trying to collect money for a payday money loan.Do not!!! fall for it most likely they retrieved this info illegally. Please beware

I received a call from this number harassing me at my office. The name used this time was officer James White and a Todd Cosby.  I want them caught.

I got a call from Justin Miller said there was legal allegation against my SSN and if I didn't want to go to jail 29mnths. I need my attorney to call him.  Also I got the same call 323 331 9189 claiming the same thing..... I tried to call both #'s back and got a recording saying that my call didn't go through.  Please be aware of scam..

I do not wish this person calling my job and/or home.

this number also called saying they were allegations against my social security number and said if i didnt pay they would put me in jail. they r frauds dont fall for it

I have been receiving calls from two individuals, one claiming to be officer justin miller and the other I did not get his name, but they have gone as far as calling my boss.  I do not appreciate this at all I will have charges filed on these two individuals as soon as I can get an address.  I hope they have restless days and nights calling people trying to get monies.

Lol.  A few hours later the other guy called. Last time I was supposed to be arrested that same day for saying no. I told them that and kept calling their bluff. They are scammers that have gotten my info illegally.  When I try to call the number back it says it is not a working number, yet they just called from it.  They are not real.  They change names all of the time and say they are with law enforcement.  He tried to tell me they were gonna issue a warrant for my arrest.  I told him that "real" cops don't call the person before, warning them about the warrant. That would defeat the purpose.  Call these people on the bluff.  Give it right back to them.  Good luck to anyone else who gets calls!

This is the 3rd time someone has called men with the same scam. This phone number 310-872-2186/ Indian accented man tells me that I will know in 4 hours who he is because I will be behind bars by then. Also stated that he was a Federal Agent. I stated that I knew it was a scam and he told me again about knowing within 4 hours. He called my cell phone and my workplace. This time I was smarter. The first time this happened to me they actually got $1,000 out of me. I did report that and my bank credited that funds to me. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received these calls the last couple of days with the same line and when they told me I had to pay and only had until 7:30 at night to pay the funds which at the time would of gave me a hour and a half. then when I got home did some research and found out it was a big scam. there is this number 310-872-2186 with a opposed officer Daniel Carter, and another Number to watch out for is a 323-832-8360 which was a officer David Jones then he called again and messed up and hasitated and said a Kevin pause david Jones do not fall for either one of these numbers SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!

"Officer" John Harris called my son saying my husband was going to get arrested if he didn't call.  He was trying to verify my husband's SSN!  This is a total scam,  don't listen to this idiot!  He claims to be a police officer for San Diego County.

Some Indian woman called me 2x today stating she had a legal action against me, I was going to be arrested and put in jail. She said she had my social security number and was a TOTAL BULLY!

I told her "great sue me and then F*** OFF" & hung up on her! She lost her cool and called me back. I told her the same thing 1 more time just in case she couldn't understand me the 1st time!!!

We received a call from 310 872 2186 claiming it was Officer Kevin Scott from the "Federal Crime Department" and that my social security number was being used illegally and I needed to pay $300 to correct the situation.  The caller had a heavy Indian accent, sounded like a call center in India.  Total SCAM, please don't fall for it!!!  I reported this to the FBI, they said these groups are hard to trace, but at least they put it in their database.

I'm getting very similar calls to my wife's cell phone looking for me. They think they are calling me hahaha. Anyway, it's "Officer" Kevin Scott as well with an indian accent with all kinds of threats about sending me to prison for 9 months as a result of some legal investigation into me and my social security # blah blah blah.

He claimed he was from the Law Enforcement of Federal Crimes dept. I haven't spoken to him or even called him back because it felt like a scam. He called 3 times yesterday and the more he spoke the more he discredited himself. According to him, after leaving 3 voicemails and no return call from me it's clear that I'm on the run and avoiding being caught so he was gonna "download" my file to the state authorities to arrest me.

One other thing, the number he is calling from is 310-872-2168, as opposed to 2186. I will post that in the appropriate message board as well.

The 310-872-2168 called me and asked for the man who had the phone before me. I said it was no longer his number that I had the number for a year... He then asked who I was and I told him none of his buisness since he called me. He then asked if I could do a favor for him so I asked what the favor was and he told me to suck his c**k.

These is a scam- They get your information from the internet- if you've ever applied for an loan oline! They can't provide proof of loan due or unpaid- they use scare methods to try and get people to give them money to stop form going to jail- 1st my brother is a local attorney - if they were a real debt collector they would have to say that at the begining of the coversation. It's all a threat - you can 't be arersted for this- dont' verify any information by phone- address, brith date, or checking info- If you indeed owed these people money - you would have received a notice in the mail and there would be no threat of harm to you- if fact, the threat is illegal- Everytime they call,. get their name and number and advise them not to call amymore. then report this to the attorney general!

Just recieved a call from this same man on April 05,2012.He left a threating message on my phone voice mail!
