I think this guy is selling bogus websites.  He will put an add in the paper and then email you and sell you a website

Yes, highly likely its a scam be careful!!! A simple search will turn up the same ad placed in Phoenix, Chicago, San Diego, Sacramento, etc... The same ad with occasional changes about the 30K since December or October. The ad is for a website called: FastAdsPlus.com Phone: (800) 483-6037

Did you send Sherman any money?  Are his websites for real?

I replied to the ad, looked through the website, and it is indeed real. I had my tech guy go through it last week and he said it worked great. I was actually in the process of purchasing it when someone else bought it before I could. I'm still bummed about it!

Well I for one know that I bought a website and it works amazing. Did any of the people complaining actually advertise the website they bought?

To be honest I don't feel comfortable putting the name of my website that I purchased on here. I feel that this is very derogatory towards Mr. Schultz who is an amazing person and very generous with his time. I feel like the posts are on the verge of libel and I don't want to be a part of that. Without him I wouldn't have a very successful website.

Having said that, if you want to leave your email address I will be happy to share my website info with you if it will cast Mr. Schultz in a better light that some of the biased posts above.

I answered an ad in a Phoenix newspaper. That was put there by Sherman Schultz. It was to own a record label. To make a long story short, This S.O.B. got $10,000 from me and I got zero (Burned!). I have complaints filed with the Attorney Genrals Office in Phoenix, New York City and California. Anyone who says that he is a good person, Well its probably you saying it . Sherman!

He won't tell you the domain because it does not exist. This is merely another attempt by Sherman to scam yet another innocent person. My suggestion is to not do any risky moves like invest in a web-site in this economy. No one can afford to be ripped off.

This John guy seems like a complete quake! If you're so mad ad this schultz guy why don't you just ask him for your money back? The authorities aren't interested in a civil dispute. Something seems strange with your story buddy, you need to give it a rest on this forum and just contact the guy and ask for your money back. Stop throwing fake temper tantrums on here.

Jerry  I think I am one of your three names.  I agree with all you said.  I have filed all those reports and given ALL the information the the local FBI.  Nothing has ever come of it.  I was scammed by Sherman in January 2008 for $5k.

I wasn't able find out your name, but through your ip address I found you live in Mud Island, Memphis, TN. I have no idea if you feel like you actually know Mr. Sherman James Shultz, or if you're just an agitator. However, if you do know Mr. Sherman James Shultz, be very careful. The people leaving comments on these postings are hiding behind aliases and aren't anything like who they say they are. They are predators.

Greg Stephens, I must say I am very concerned with what I have learned about you. You're currently a corrections officer at the Texas State Prison in Abilene, TX. When I contacted the Texas Attorney General several weeks ago, and told them that you were posting threatening messages, they said they'd open an investigation into the postings and yourself. Since then I notice that the postings have come down. So I can only wonder if they are looking into you further now.

In addition to that, the person you worked with Mr. Franklin Sherman Shultz said that he hasn't heard from you in several years. Which, according to one of your latest postings, saying you're "posing as a woman on faceook" and stalking someone is a very serious offense. I'm going to continue looking into this to see if I can find out who it is in fact you're stocking, and I'll present that to the Texas AG as well.

This guy John Urbick/Nadir is a Troll. He uses this site to run an reputation rebuilder scam. All these negative posts are posted by John/Nadir posing as different people in order for him to bully his victim(s) into paying him to stop posting. Don't let this guy bully you, fight back! John/Nadir doing this to too many people and its sickening.
