Said they were from a lawyers office and info about my name and had my last 4 of social security number.....Spoke very very broken English

I just received the same thing. Threatening me with lawsuits and had all my personal info. Said they gave me a loan of 300.00 in january. i received a loan from usfastcash in march! Do I report to policce? I am not sure what to do.

called my phone saying that I took out a payday loan from some internet company and never paid it back never did the only payday loan I ever took out was from advanced america so he threatened to call my job and send the police to my house this is getting ridiculous someone needs to do something

This is a scam origingated from applying for a quck pay day loan over the internet. I have gotten several similar calls from different numbers---very threatening.  Do not engage these people or give any information.. IT IS A SCAM

Called by business. Looking for someone who does not work here. Continued to call repeatedly and started using foul language

These people will not stop they need to be reported to the FTC and your local Attorney General's office.
They have tried to hack into my FaceBook so make sure you all check your FaceBook and change your passwords and put up your security settings.

called me a mother-f..ker then hung up after i said i was not the person he was looking for.

This is a scam, it's the 3rd time that I have received the same phone call from these people from different phone #'s I reported to the police as well as the FCC.  DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!!!  I am actually finding the humor in it now, however the first time it happened it was frightening as he was actually threatening me.
