This is a scam... Don't pick up!!! There's a recorded voice who says: "Congratulations!!! Your number have been picked up..." I hung up because I don't want stupid scam companies based in the US to do whatever later with my cell nbr.

Recorded Russian voice saying congratulations (broken english)

told me to press 1 which i did.  then it put me on hold and a customer service representitive answered asking if i wanted to hear more about the promotion.  I told him no and hung up.

same thing happened to me about 5 mins to ago for some trip to cancun mexico, im also in vancouver canada, i just hung up on her

This number has been calling me since the summer. One time I did answer it and had someone who couldn't speak english on the line. I'm in Canada also.

I answered but the call disconnected right away.  Have had a few co-workers also receive the call with someone telling them they'd won and if they could submit their credit card details..

Just had the call. I pressed 1 then hung up straight after. I get a lot of weird numbers show up from media across the world for my job so I wasn't concerned with a strange number showing up on my cell.

Yah I received the call on my dads cell phone. I'm in Canada too.
I came online to check who it might be.. since I realized it was from California.
