I just had some one from that number tell me I would be arrested, scam

Just received a call from 310-929-5834 regarding tax fraud in my name and I was to call immediately to avoid being arrested, and they claimed to be the IRS. I returned the call and they answered "Treasury Dept" and was a foreign-speaking person who answered.  I asked if it truly was the Treasury Dept and he said yes.  I asked for identification from him and he hung up on me.  SCAM I'M SURE!!!

My call was also a woman saying she was calling about a warrant due to a tax deficiency. DO NOT SUPPLY ANY PERSONAL INFO!
