Maybe the telemarketers are having a hard time. They've been reduced to trying to use telemarketing to drum up business.
I'm really not interested in ticking off 80% of my potential customers to get a few sales from the other 20%, but if I was, I wouldn't use Andrea. Difficult to understand, slurred her words, didn't seem very enthusiastic, didn't have an elevator pitch.

A lady called our corporate headquarters asking for our "IT Director" and didn't have a name. The only reason that she gave me for the call was "in regards to your IT projects". Well we have an extensive IT department that includes not only our internal IT but also for our customer IT and our IT solutions that we use in our products. We have numerous IT Directors, but she couldn't even tell me any specifics of whether or not she needed internal IT, customer IT, or solutions IT. This was quite clearly a phishing attempt from someone just trying to get business or get information from us. I left her on hold and she eventually hung up.
