This did not actually come through as a phone call, but came through as a text message on my boyfriend's phone. Research of the number lead me to find out every time someone makes a new account on PHONESHAG.COM, they receive a text message confirming their membership, giving their username, and password. If you have found this number on your significant other's text messages you might want to check out that website, it very interesting...
