There was no message. - Dave2U| 1 replyJust received a call from this number. No message was left.
Callback to number did not identify calling party - just an auto-attendant response "Please push any digit to be removed from our calling list. Requests may take 24-48 hours to be processed."
Add to blocked number list - just to be sure.- Caller: Unidentified caller
- Spam Killer| 1 replyThis is probably just a spammer. We are in Alberta and NEVER answer calls from the US of Bankster BAILOUT AID.
These idiots called at 3pm on FRIDAY as well. We're not a retail operation and anything we need we source it ourselves by using the various FREE search services on the INTERNET! (ever heard of the INTERNET you idiot fax & cold-call spammers?)
Cold-call sales is dying a slow death and should have been sent to the garbage bin of history years ago. I can't believe it's still used. Then again, I think fax machines should have become obsolete 15 years ago but they still make those idiotic machines... and idiot sheep still buy them or else they wouldn't continue making them.
Let me give you some pro-tips folks. Stop using & unplug your fax machine and learn how to use the scanner function of your printer to create PDF documents that you can email (download primoPDF, it's free and works GREAT!). You'll save HUNDREDS of dollars a year in ink costs just unplugging your fax and learning how to use your computer properly. It ain't rocket surgery. At least buy one of those timers at Home Depot that turns your lights on/off when you're on holidays. The timer can be used to shut off the power to your fax machine after hours when most fax spammers send their garbage.
Note to salesidiots: If by chance I happen to answer the phone when you call thinking that you might be a paying CUSTOMER I will immediately boot you to the curb and hang up on your sorry, worthless ath. Go learn a trade and produce something of value. We have no time for idiots that do nothing more than occupy space on this planet.- Caller: no message left

Hi to Mark! How's life in the telemarketer basement? Make your quota yet?
I blocked their call WHILE the phone was still ringing! How about that!
They got a new scam number that they had to pay for and everyone is blocking them!
I called the number back - it's a non-working number.
Blocked now - Blocked forever!
Call again if you think you can get through - you can't. Ha!
PS: Our phones DO NOT ring when you call!- Caller: local

- jjWe run a business that services customers all over North America - I have to answer unrecogized numbers unless I am quick enough to look it up in one of these databases. The ones I do know about get blocked. When I passed my limit to block, I started saving them as "junk caller" in the address book. We ignore these.
Robocall indicated Google listing was out of date. Press 1 to update or 2 to remove. I pressed 1.
First thing out of rep's mouth was what my first and last name are. Obviously to use for future calls saying "I spoke to so-and-so" or "so-and-so authorized us to do ..." I did not give my name, instead I asked "who's calling please? "and he said Derek and asked for my name again. I replied by asking what company he was calling from - HE HUNG UP ON ME!
******** Yeah, Derek, that's the way to get your quota *********- Caller: omits saying they are not Google proper

- Caller: local
- jetamesThey called again at 2:25pm today - I just saw their call and it's nearly 9:30pm. Their calls have been blocked from Oct. 29th.
Just a thought - WHY would anyone have ANY interaction with these obvious scammers? CID sez "local!"
DON'T press 1 or 2, or ANY number to speak with them. Don't even answer their calls!
It's an inconvenient fact that you must purchase a call blocking phone or device if you want this crapola to stop. We have over 135 area codes blocked and hundreds of full phone numbers (mostly 310, 213, 714, 619, 323 & 818 - our local area codes) blocked. Save your sanity and purchase a blocking phone or blocking device - they are effective and they are inexpensive.
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in...not even once!- Caller: local
