Someone rudely called me asking me for the "home owner" and when I told them I didn't own a home they replied "Oh my god you don't own a home? *laughs* *hangs up*"

Received a call from 310-994-6203 showing Beverly Hills, CA and a guy asked "are you the home owner", I respond with "I am not interested, please take me off of your list", then he responds with "F%$k you" then laughs.  You could hear call center noise in the back ground.

I was busy and didn't take this call. It came under name Jack Rosner. I googled this number later and found this site. Hope this info is helpful.

Got a call from this number could only hear noise in the background. Did reverse check name came under Rosner Jack.

Been getting daily calls (1-2 times a day-various times) from this # 310-994-6203 and also 314-650-4483.
I answer and no one is there (no noise) and the call ends at 10 seconds.
I tried to call both #'s back and a recording says the #'s are not in service???
I am on the do not call list.

Just received a call from Beverly Hills and a man with an Indian (maybe hispanic?) accent answered. Said he is with "home solar" and I said I do not own a home. He asked are you renting? Yes. Are you single? I said no. He was surprised to hear I was "Renting and married? Renting and MARRIED??" He then goes on to say he is looking for a young, single, female friend. I said I'm not interested. He says, in me or in home solar? I said definitely not in home solar, and I don't know you. Then he asks if I would come meet him! I said no! Then he tries to get my name and age and I asked him to take me off their list and to not call back. He wouldn't listen so I hung up.

I get calls from this number all the time. I wish for them to stop. I am on the do not call list, but apparently it does not matter.

The guy said that he was calling to give me insurance quotes and when I told him I was interested he hung up.

I just now received a call from this number (310 994 6203), though I never answer calls from numbers I do not know. Reading these reviews, I am very glad for that. There needs to be a better way to report these people.

Same here. When I asked "who's calling?" he responded United States. He wouldn't tell me his name just kept saying this is United States and kept asking for a supervisor. Eventually I told him I was a manager and then he said have a nice day and hung up. Came up on caller ID as Jack Rosner. Sure wish someone would actually start prosecuting these people!

Called trying to push solar system. It, and I do mean it, inquired as to the amount of my electric bill.  I yanked him around for 5 minutes or so at which point it became upset and used the "f" word. A few choice words were returned at which point he disconnected. I used a muddled Indian accent like his.

         Keep getting called by this number and then when I go over to the landline and call that number back....it says this is a non-working number.  Looks like they are able to spoof this number or make calls with it after being shut-down.  In any case, it's a rotten shame law enforcement and the courts don't take this seriously cuz I don't like scammers like this taking my precious time away. Multiply that by thousands per day.

how do you stop these annoyance calls?

Called once yesterday. Didn't say anything. Called this morning and woke me up. It was "Michael" (highly doubt such) with "US Insurance". I said I'm not interested, take me off your call list. He laughed and I hung up. I blocked the number so I won't get anymore calls, but I wish they could call me back tho because I'd like to take Michael for a psychological thriller ride and end up at his "Beverly Hills" home with my own nuisance call.

More hang ups...

310-994-6203 continiously keeps calling me.  Sick of it...They call all hours of the day and late into the evening...want it stopped.

1-310-397-8382 calls all hours of the day and into late evening after 8 pm.  Have asked them to remove my number.  Block them on my phone and then another phone # calls...this is BS!!!!
