11/08 13:01 No ID voicemail initially dead air then a beep and robo voice says "goodbye" and disconnected.

11/25 12:27 PST  No ID and no message.  Who the heck cares?  So much garbage these days land line, cells and computer.  We have no defense any more.  Give us a break already.  Number not in service.

Same here.  No ID, no message.  Just more aggravation.  Why doesn't someone shut these people down?

I blocked this number. Didn't need to answer. I knew this was a BS call.

I answered this call and he identified himself as Mike from American Premium Remodeling Inc. The license number he gave me belonged to Premium Remodeling Inc. It was the same BS call where they mispronounce your name and then say they are working in the area and want to give you a home improvement estimate. Their license is a probationary license which is only six months old. When I asked "Mike" if he was a registered salesman he assured me he was. When I told him Premium Remodeling Inc. does not list any registered salesman on their license,  he hung up on me. This is a clear signal to stay away. 1/8 13:56 PST No ID don't answer.  Third call today with no ID, so far, but day isn't over yet.  Only rang once, but they still keep trying.

The guy identified himself as Jim.  When I asked him who he was, he said "he was the painter."  When I got pushy and asked him to identify his company, he kept changing the subject.  He tried to pretend that he knew us, and said that the neighbors had recommended him.  I asked him, again, which company he worked for, and he didn't answer the question, he kept saying over and over again "it's Jim the painter."  Very rude and aggressive man.

On being asked for the third time, who he worked for, he said he would call back again.  Good luck Jim.  Your number is blocked.

2/05 10:20 PST Fools just tried again.  Based on previous notes, another scamming contractor.   Fortunately rang only once, so another NOMOROBO success since not blocked on my call blocker.  The number of garbage calls has dropped since using 800notes, nomorobo and call blocker.  Eventually I may even only get calls that I want.

3/14 11:50 PDT  Don't really understand what these fools think they will accomplish by constantly changing ID.  One time it reads California, another it is blank, this time it is the dreaded vxxxxx...  As in the past, only rang once on my end since I signed up for NOMOROBO.  Wish everyone had the option to use that service.

4/02 18:40 PDT  Just tried again.  This time no ID registered.  Do these creeps not get the message?  Will not get any answer from most of the calls.

This number called; I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number - - never will either.  No message left (big surprise!).  LOSERS!!!!!!

I get these random contractor calls everyday - always from a different phone number. (I suspect there's a list contractors buy.) I try to be polite, because hey, they probably don't want this sucky job, but it's very frustrating that the calls won't stop! When this particular guy took a breath, I nicely said, "I'm sorry, I'm on the Do Not Call List". He shouted, "NO YOU"RE NOT!" and hung up on me. I've filed a complaint (because I am on the list and have been for years), but when are these telemarketers going to start getting fined? It's supposed to be a fine of $16,000 per call made to someone on the Do Not Call List. If we actually enforced the fines, these calls would stop overnight!
