- crazycarl replies to gemmanits just someone calling you to do a survay for tricare its a dod thing to make sure the hospitals are pleaseing everyone. If you dont want to do it you dont have to you can just tell them to take your number off the list or call the number back and go through the prompts to have your number removed from the list.
- DONT TELL THEM ANYTHINGthis is a scam every one beware ive gotten calls in this same manner over the past few weeks each time way too late and from a number you cant contact when you call back if it was a legit company you could contact a rep from there but you cant cause they are a dummy company trying to get your info so that they can fraud you!!! DONT TELL THEM ANY THING!!! DoD does not use outsite companies to do "surverys" for them they will send official info through secure forums such as .gov email like AKO. they have called me stating that they are doing a survey from DoD, wellsfargo and some other company i never heard of. do you expect me to believe that one day all of the companies i use and some i dont all of a sudden decided to take up outside survey companies and they all chose the same one??? B*ll S*it!

- Anonym| 2 repliesDoD will NEVER have someone call to do a survey. They do not contract out to companies for the BS. They will mail you something, or send something to your AKO account. This is a scam company trying to get information from you to use against you; ie: steal your identity. Dont answer, or call back, and give them any information. Its sad that they have to use the military as an excuse now to con

- little d| 1 replyok this number has called my cell once a day for the last 3 days w/o leaving a message. I hope they don't expect me to answer cuz I don't answer unknown calls.
- annoying replies to little dThey called my phone 6 times in one day.
- Relax.....Its a survey about your miltary healthcare experience. They didn't leave a message so after the third call, I called the number back. The message told who the company was and their intentions, then gave me the option to have my name removed from their call list by entering my phone number. Simple as that.... No need to stress out 'bout it folks.....

- Allen HensonIt's harmless. DoD actually does contract out to many different civilian companies guess nobody here's heard of KBR or QTC.. It's a tricare survey. But I was worried too figured it was an IRR call up or something. I told em the guy they were looking for was doing a beer run. Just call them and have your number removed from there list.

- KrysI got this call just a little while ago. They were looking for my brother who is in the National Guard, but moved out of state and transferred to his new state's Guard over a year ago. If this company was legit, they'd have his up-to-date info by now. Since I had already looked up the number after the first time they called (I didn't answer the first time) I answered and told them "no one by that name lives here" and she apologized and said she'd remove our number. I wasn't about to give out his new number or address over the phone anyway.

- B..This company is not legit!! They were calling to ask questions. The man said he is from the Dept of Defense. He hung up when I started asking him questions about who he was. They are fishing for info........Be careful. They might be trying to steal identity.
- Connie| 1 replyThis number has been calling my phone now for a couple of weeks. I finally answered . A man was trying to ask me questions. He said he was calling from the Dept of Defense. Be -Ware , Try-care and the Dept of Defense do not call your cell phone to ask questions. This is someone wanting information. Don't give info out over the phone!! I called the number back, a few minutes later, Their was a woman's voice on an answering machine message; she was saying it was a marketing research company for the Dept of Defense health care system.

- JasonTHIS IS NOT TRICARE!!! Emails are going around to my facility not to give them any information. They're fishing for personal info and even asking for deployment schedules. (Probably so they can use your info when your away from the U.S. and can't do as much about it.
