They probably want to sell some sort of investment product that costs several hundred to several thousand dollars.

Got a call from 312-265-9500 to my office phone...I answered it but no one was talking on the other side. Just fishy...

I receive these calls almost daily and there is never anyone on the other end and I keep saying hello and then they finally hangup. I just called their office to put an end to it and I was transferred to an office where they only had an answering machine. I left them a message to call me and get this straightened out or I will be filing a complaint. Now we will see if they call me back or if the calls continue with nobody on the other end.

This just doesn't make sense. There has to be some kind of glitch in their system, because why would they do this repeatedly to piss folks off. I hope I get to the bottom of it and if I do I will post what I find out.

I was taken by the age of these two complaints, from about four years ago. I assume Zaks had a complaint or numerous ones and fixed the random empty calls. Then the glitch started again when out of the blue I am getting these calls. So if you want to see just how solid this investment firm is query their stock market name and check them out, check the BBB and keep an eye out for phony investment scams.

Wow, I really missed my point with the last post! I meant to also say that I did not solicite this alleged investment firm! They cold-called me out-of-the-blue and makes it look suspicious. Could be a scammer using a ligit number because only a bone head would try to sell investments by cold calling people!

I did get a call another call and finally answered it, since they never leave messages.  It is Zack's Investment Service, trying to do investment management.

they called this morning and a person was from Zacks investment research - I answered that I was too busy at the time to talk with them (that was true) I have had 4 more calls today from them and they have hung up each time with no message left.

I kept getting calls from 312-265-9500.  Nobody is on the other side when I answer.  Could you please make it stop?  Thank you.

Call from this number on a cell phone I use as an alarm clock.  So, in my groggy state, I turned off, what I thought was an alarm. Oops, it was a call. I go here first to see if I should call back to apologize.

got one each of last 3 days and never heard of Zachs  and was not hear and no messg.

They call me at 6:30 am Washington State time,  even if it's a form of solicitation they're not allowed under law to call after 8 a.m. obviously they don't realize the time difference in other states I was pissed I was sound asleep they woke me up

Consider a phone that can block numbers - available at many retail stores.

Ugh. Seriously?  Those jerks.  I signed up for one "free" report and am bombarded with their crap now.  I know better, man.  But I do not remember giving them my phone number!

...and only a "bone head" (millennial/snowflake/etc) would show his complete ignorance about a company that he/she/it knows nothing about by calling Zack's an investment company and accusing them of attempting "...to sell investments by cold calling people."  Oy!  Ignorance knows no bounds.

I actually answered the call by accident, however I'm so glad I did. They pitched an investment opportunity. I was very hesitant, but decided why not take a chance. Well, that investment netted me a gain of 943%! I got lucky. I should've quit while I was ahead because the 3 subsequent investments were all duds.
