I received a phone call to this number and nobody answered and I am going to report it to the police. This is a harassment and I will report again if they called again

This number has been calling me damn near non-stop for the past three days!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sick of this crap!!!!!!!!!

Constantly receives call from this number.  Rings 3 times...when you pick it up, no one is there.  They call all hours of the day and night - even weekends.

This number called me also, three minutes apart. Its annoying. It was 6 oclock in the morning. But i was told from a friend that its someone else bouncing signals off your phone.

I am sick of this number calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Free educating matching service?????? I never wanted you to call me in the first place and they wont stop!!!!!

These people call and harass me atleast 3x a day using different 800#'s and this land line (312)279-3363. Dunno who it is (NCO?) but I am fed up. I can't answer legit calls for fear I am gonna have to get nasty with who ever is calling..... I am a nice guy - I don't wanna fight to have harassment free phone calls!! I OWE NOTHING TO NCO STOP CALLING ME OR I WILL SUE YOU, NCO!!!!!!!! I didn't answer the chicago calls yet, but now I know it's NCO, I will and, if anyone else does this, tell them to stop calling - by law they must stop - I would record the call! Good Luck!

I got a call and they told me i signed up for some education thing i never even heard of then they started to ask about if i am thinking of school i just hung up.

This number called me and I answered the and nobody was there. They called me a minute apart 3 times. If they call me again I'm going to the police.

I don't know how they got my number but they need to stop calling me! This is not okay! I am on the no call list, yet they keep calling me!

Today is my first call from this 312.... #.  But 30 min. earlier I got a call from 888-779-8619 same exact format,same exact college schooling crap.   This is the first page with complaints from this no.   The other no.  has at least 6 pages of complaints.  Looks like they call from one no. then call from another after they see someone will answer.  If you answer at all or call them back they must get paid.  You don't call people for the fun of it over & over , day after day  unless their is money invoved.  Don't answer any call from 888 no. and others you don't know.  Make sure your answering is off , at least for awhile.  They probably still get paid if it answers even by machine. .  Look the number up from the missed call list.  If its a good number call them back.

NCO is a collections company, just because you tell a collections company not to call back doesn't mean they legally have to. That only applies when they call you on your place of employment phone. However, 312-279-3363 is not NCO, it is a Education Matching Network. Somewhere along the line, you, or someone who had your # in the past signed up somewhere on line for Education info and thats where it comes from.

I have been recieving calls from this number for several weeks now. No one would answer when I paicked up. I send it to voice mail and I can hear whispering and another person on the line. This person breaths into the phone while she is whipering something I can't understand what she is saying to another person. These calls are creepin me out.I would like for them to stop. How is ithis done?

Telemarketing firm calling my cell phone!  "Degree Connection Dot Info".  I am on the do not call list and they call several times a day.  Very annoying!

They post a fraudulent help wanted ad for "research associate" with the labor department on the topic of unemployment, then call you to try and sell goods and services, such as paid job listings and bankruptcy counseling.  They put your number into autodial.  They have called me three times in the past 15 minutes.
