It comes up as Customer Care and with a change of one number it is also Bill Rebate.
Very annoying. When you pick up, there's no one on the other end.

Call with no recording or person on the other end.   Can call them back and be placed on a DNC list.  Wonder of that is a solution or just another scam.

The number (312) 340-5552 came up as bill rebate.  I didn't pick up the call.  Immediately afterwards, it was the same number.  It was like they dialed the same number one after another.  No message was left either time.

SPAM Robo call about electric utility rates, caller name not displayed.  Return call does not yield any information about caller.  This is a SCAM.

Let's face it..we are all at the mercy of technology. Our privacy is a thing
of the past. Anyone can do whatever they want to us on the internet and our
phone systems and get away with it. People who are smart enough to hack
into private information should use their intelligence (or lack of it) to create
something legal and positive to help our society instead of  being annoying
and dangerous. No such thing as a perfect world and people who use
technology in a ruthless way are the same as any common criminal.
Technology is a wonderful thing but unfortunately there are too many deviates
out there to create havoc with each opportunity they discover.

Not sure who this is, but they don't leave a message and do call several times a day to my work number.  Very annoying.

I've had calls from this number, 312-340-5556, 312-340-5557 and 773-897-5530 - all come up as Chicago IL on my caller ID. All recordings about energy costs. I get them on my business number, so I usually pick up a call at least once from a number I don't recognize. It's getting to be VERY annoying!

These people call at least once, sometimes twice a day. Same area code and exchange, different last 4 digits--could be 5552,5553, etc. Different identification each time, such as "Bill Rebate" or "Customer Care"
or"Electric Bill." Same recording offering some kind of discount on the electric bill. Looks like some kind of scam.
