They call and hang up,  no message left.

Robo call state deregulation of ComEd and you are due a refund yada yada yada.  Press 5 to speak to our "friendly" representative and robo call abruptly ended dial tone in less than 3 seconds.  Tried calling back to be asked to be put in their internal DNC to a non working number

Yer another electric bill scammer.

Got call on 12.10.14 at around 3:45 pm, another unsolicited call presumably to get me to switch electric power companies. Presumably this is an in-state company. Why can't the US AG office do something? We need a private attorneys general provision so we can sick the lawyers on these guys.

Very tired of the annoying no message left calls!

Calls and hangs up, filling their quota for calls without talking to people.

i AM WITH COMED FOR LIFE.....QUIT CALLING ME, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MINE.  i DO NOT PICK UP. YADA YADA YADA

They left no message.  I highly doubt they are even electric bill scammers.  I get calls also that say ComEd and sometimes leave a message about my ComEd bill and ComEd is unavailable here.  Usually I get scam calls in batches with different spoofed caller IDs.  Therefore, I suspect they are all the same scammer trying to find out if you have a working phone, trying to get you to answer, or trying to get you to call back.  More than once, I've gotten a supposedly ComEd call within two hours of receiving a call that threatens to serve a summons on me at home or work and usually another call with an ID supposedly from a town within my state that leaves no message.  Since these calls tend to happen on the same day within two hours of each other and then nothing for a few days, then another batch of three, I think they are all from the same people.  I've been getting these calls for YEARS.  The reason you get a non-working number when you call back is because they spoof caller IDs.  Sometimes, you call back and get a legit business that had nothing to do with making the call.

Daily missed calls but no msg left

Two different calls today from similar numbers; 312-340-5593 and 312-340-5561. Didn't answer; no message left, of course. Nice of these bozos to make it easier for me to block their calls.

Get repeated robot calls from this number.

Called on 3/4/2015.  Said he were from Com Ed.  Asked them what state they were calling from.  Said he were in same state as I was.  Then I asked them what state was that?  He then said it was Illinois.  I said I was in New York.  He seem confused!

Won't stop calling.

I get them almost daily on my secondary line that I use for business purposes.  I keep blocking them, they switch numbers.  Yesterday I let them talk.  He asked me for a number that was on my ComEd bill.  I said I don't have one.  He went into a few more things about saving me money and asked for the number again.  I told him I couldn't give him what I don't have.  We are at the 2 minute 30 second point and I said.  "There is no electrical service registered to this phone number with any company.  I can't give you a number that doesn't exist."  He let our a string of obscenities and hung up. They work on commission and I will continue to waste their time until they stop calling.

received a call from this number --- caller ID said US Virgin Islands...  I don't know anyone in the Virgin Islands and they didn't leave a message
