Front office for a collection agency.  They call from a myriad of numbers.  They want me to pay for a ticket I received in Illinois 6 years ago!  I paid for that ticket 6 years ago.  I will not pay again.  They have called me probably 100 times in the last three months!  At first I was polite.  Now I just hang up!

I have twice received a phone call for someone whose name is not at all familiar to me. Caller ID says AS Harris Law. since I haven't been home when they called I was tempted to call them back and let them know they have a wrong number, but I think I'll pass.

They tried calling to say that I have a vehicle that is booted.  I asked for the plate info. they said I should know what it is. Then they asked for my license info. There's NO way in hell I'm going to give that to whom I don't know at the other end of the phone.  I checked online for unpaid tickets on my license number.  There's none-listed.  

They said they will remove the number.  But when I call it's for a law-firm.  Seems like they switch the scam weekly.
