Got 4 calls from this # in 1 hr. I answered it the fourth time and it hung up. Then I called it back and it rang twice then went to a busy signal. WHAT THE HECK???

STOP CALLING!

Stop calling. This is a cell phone and wether your sales, telemarkiter, or bill collector. This is a cell phone and the right I ahve have been viloated. If your a telemarkter you are not allowed to contact via cell phone unless you have that persons written permission. If your a bill collector, it is in my religion to not recieve calls on a sunday, and also when calling a cell phone your staff and you are aware your calling a cell phone and  ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE PRERECORDED MESSAGES CALLED A AUTO DIALER TIL SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.  I ahve sucessfully filed 5 harassment charges against companies doing so. I will continue. SO STOP CALLING ME.  One more time I will set  up a aharassment unwanted calls adn then, well, you'll be notified......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ave no idea who this is. I have been recieving calls from them, when I answer the phone, no one is there.

I've gotten 2 calls in the past hour so far with no message.

I've gotten 4 calls from this number, the last was yesterday. Believe it to be Aliens trying to make contact with me, or trying to remind me they're still watching me...Crazy HUH????

I have received about 20 calls from 312-416-0940. First they said they were a home buyers association then they said they have filed a lawsuit against me.  I have tried to call the numberback and got a busy signal then when I try to answer the call I get hung up on.  What can I do about these people?  They barely speak english.

called twice today and twice yesterday, left no vm, yesterday it said something about a lawsuit on my vm but no details.  I don't respond to vm's that they can say why and who they are representing.  so if you want me to callback you better tell me why you are calling and on behalf of who, and it better be some company or person I recognize, other wise no callback for you!!!!!!!

this number needs to stop calling me it will come up saying illinois the number that shows up is 312 416 0940 do not know who this is please make it stop!

this number has called me several times today and all last week threating me about a lawsuit from a past pay day loanthat i did not pay

I started receiving calls on my cell. I picked the call up & did not say anything then a recording came on.  

The call immediately was dropped


I will report the number to cell phone company for harassment

I've been getting calls today.  They hang up before I can answer.  No luck calling back.  If you're a bill collector, stop calling my cell phone.  Also, I just started looking at property for sale.  If you got my number from that, stop calling me.  Whoever you are, take my number off your list.

this call comes everyday several times

This number calls all hours of the day and night and hands up when you answer.

Caller from this number 312-416-0940 calls my cell often.  I did have a couple vm's about a home buying thing....I just delete.  I don't answer calls on my cell in which I don't recognize the number.  And I just push the silent button so I don't have to listen to it ring.

I have revieved callsa from this for a couple months, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I would like it to stop but dont know how to stop it. Any info would help. When  I answered they put me on hold from a recording.

They been calling bout payday loan n saying there going tol sue me. get pissed off at me when i have to ask them over n over to repeat thems selves. i told one off already

I started getting calls again from this number, on 04-19-2011, People who receive calls from this number, better watch your bank account.... The last time I got calls from this number, after they stopped calling, next thing I noticed was $399.00 taken from my account.... I have never answer their calls ever... Nor have I called this number back.... Whoever it was, some how obtained my information, and cut themselves a personal check in my name... So beware, receivers of this number and monitor you accounts daily...

Got a couple of calls from 312-416-0940 - they claim I put the number into their Home buyers Assistant web site - told them I didn't because this is a work number and to stop calling.

this number started calling me two or three months ago and already it has called over a few hundred times ik this cuz i counted it rings twice hangs up then does it again im tired of this harrassment i will track that number down n turn them in for mulitible harassment charges it needs to stop here and now it is harrassment and it is basically being stalked in your own home through phone alinements
