I found this web site for this number.  It sounds like a data collection company.  As soon as you answer the phone the time is documented automatically which is why there is nobody on the line when you answer.  The information about when you are home is then given/sold to different companies. This is my guess anyway.  :)

I can set my watch by their phone call....9pm in charlotte, n.c.  every night right on time...stop them please!

called at 11:53 am and asked for me. I said I wasn't home and they said it was a courtesy call. while a lady was telling me this, it sounded like someone else picked up the phone and was listening. no one else in my home picked up the phone to listen. strange. this sounds phishy.

They call daily! But no one is ever there when I answer. The number is listed as the FAX number for DataPrompt International in Chicago. I have reported them to the do not call list and sent them an email informing them of that and asking them to stop the calls.

They call all the time - never leave a message - don't answer the phone when you do answer - please get them to honor the no call lists and stop calling people!  I would love to get them to stop!!!

Call the main number, 312-423-4000 and ask to talk to a supervisor.  He will get you off the list (or at least that what he said)

Phone calls from these numbers started calling me Thursday April 8, 2010 and they call about every other day. I called one of them back and the voice mail stated I had reached Blackstone Marketing Group, I researched them and also got the company name DataPrompt International, both companies are based out of Chicago, IL.
