Please help me get these people to stop calling me.  It's very annoying and they never answer.

They call me and when I answere they say nothing but the calls keep coming all day.

Their bot calls nearly daily. Says they are a debt collection service, and to call them about an urgent message.
I owe no one but my mortgage, no one ows me, and anything legal would bring cops to my door. These folks are bogus, running some sort of fraud scheme, and are harassing me, They need stopped!

Caller ID shows "A S Harris Law".  Recorded message says "This is the law office of Arnold Scott Harris PC.  We are debt collectors.  Please call us at 312-893-4866".

These pests call us constantly.  These are fake calls....we do not owe anybody money and are not doing business with any "collection agency."  We are also on the "Do Not Call" list, which has proven to be useless.

Incorrect.

You fail to understand,
1) The DNC list exempts debt collectors
2) Scammers and spammers ignore the DNC list.

Exactly how is the DNC list useless?

Legitimate telemarketers use it to prevent calls to registrants.  Just think - if there were no such list, you would be getting calls from BOTH legitimate and scam "telemarketers".

The DNC list does not apply to charities, political calls, surveys, debt collectors or companies with which you did business in the last 18 months.

The DNC list is ignored by spammers and scammers, and those criminals usually use VOIP or burner phones, and cannot be easily traced.  Kristi Thompson of the FCC explained that it can take her anywhere from five to ten subpoenas to trace a single robocall back to its origin

Is there ANY law that is 100% effective in preventing criminals from disobeying it?

The FTC penalizes organizations located in the USA that violate DNC provisions, but only if those organizations are identified!  Have you done your part to identify your callers?

The DNC organization does not sell its list to non-registered telemarketers.

All this information, and more, is available on the DNC site, for those who have the cerebral capacity to read and understand.  Apparently you do not qualify, but prefer to mislabel things that you do not understand.

If you want more protection than provided by the DNC list, get a call blocker app, device, or service, and learn how to use it correctly.  Try a little self-responsibility!

Just received call. It was automated, meaning, a recorded message that wanted me to return the call. I feel, if it was a True Collector, they should put a live person on phone. Therefore, I feel No Oblogation to return this call. Furthermore, they didn't even have decency to ask for any of us by name. So, I'm feeling it's generic and not a validated call.

Constantly calls, just a recording asking to call back during business hours, however it NEVER calls during business hours and just says its a debt collector.  Very annoying!

i would suggest gettign a call blocker or talking to your phone company abot blocking the numbers ( there might be a fee for this)

This caller keeps harassing me to
