Got an automated voicemail msg from  312-423-7537
searching (and discovering this very useful site!), a report below caught my eye --
.  "  # 312-423-7468 # automated message using name of someone in our home -- asked us to call Mrs. Grant back.  . . . .  " .  
-- which is the exact format of the message I received.  Only the last 4 digits of the number, and the name it asked us to call were different.
 Thus, I think it is probably the same person or company, just using a different in-house line and a different pseudonym.

This number called my grandmother's home for me. Said it was Ashwaubenon Law..something or other..I have no idea.

Got the call today, same message, call Mrs Grant... "not gonna do it!" Don't have anything to do with 312 Area Code, don't want to have anything to do with Chicago, and will block this number from now on... Oh, the # they wanted to call back was different: Mrs Grant at 312-893-4867  Will add that to my list of calls that don't ring through as well...

Anyone else?

No one wants to have anything to do with your stanky ass town neither...

Mrs. Grant is now Mr. Scott - same numbers, same message. We get called just about daily, but I never pick up anymore - just keep on deleting.....

it's a law firm posing as a debt collector. actually there not posing,  they've just discovered it's more lucrative to collect debts than to actually practise the law.  your parking ticket/violation was turned over to these collectors because you didn't pay it.  it could be anything from outstanding credit cards to auto repos, congrats! you owe money and your credit is shot!
