I get repeated phone calls from these people all day.  They do not speak or leave a message.

These are people (Harris & Harris or Rickman & Rickman) who have purchased a debt from a medical facility.  My understanding is that the facility which you actually owed the money to has already written off this off as a bad debt from their taxes.  Meaning basically if you pay these fraudulent companies it's just money in their pockets and the medical people won't get a penny of it.  Don't let these crooks have a penny of your money!!  It won't go where it should.  If you owe a medical bill, and can make amends, pay it directly to the doctor/hospital that you owe.

Just received a call from this number and when I said hello they hung up.    I dont owe any medical bills so I dont kow why I would be getting a call from them.

They keep calling my cell phone and not saying a word....  When I called back, there was an automated operator that wanted to collect a debt, so it asks you to wait on hold. It is in Spanish and I have had my telephone number for FOUR years, but the guy that had it before me is bi-lingual... and apparently broke (join the club).
