A Julie called from this number asking for an employee that doesn't work here, then asked to talk to the owner.

She said the call was regarding a 5 year GSA contract.

We don't work with the government which is why this was fishy.

Some woman named Julie called from this number and said she was calling me regarding a "5 year GSA contract with the government" which we don't have. Sounds like a telemarketer or scammer call.

Same as above.  Got a call about a 5 year GSA contract.

Ditto.  Julie gets around....

Just received the same call from Julie WRT 5 year GSA contract.

Bummer.  I just got a call from Julie too.  I thought we might be getting a big government contract (:)

"Krista" called with same message...sounds like a scam :)

Got the same message. Asked her to take us off her list and she called back immediately to say I was rude and asked to talk to an owner. Told her it was just me and she said she just wanted me to know I was not nice and I was very rude.
