Says you owe money.  But will not give you proof and then starts yelling at you.

Received a call from man name Mark Pichard at Liberty Law from this number.   Caller request a family member urgently  contact him back at this number regarding a Citi Credit Union account and felony theft charges which were to be prosecuted in local county court.    Appears to be a phishing scam.

Fraudulent caller - not a law firm - should be banned from any interaction with people.

Called looking for a family member saying arrest warrant was being issued for them.  Really an out of state law firm looking for info.  Do not give any info its a fraud

This man Prichard called claiming wire fraud was committed and a warrant was to be issued for two felony counts. He was unaware that the bank account referenced was a nontraditional account used for a payroll deducted car payment that has long since been paid off and that no checks were ever written on this account. He became frustrated and angry and told me not to make contact again. He failed to say the proper information but claimed his firm made no money from the case. This in its self would not be truthful because all law firms are paid upon settlement. This man in my opinion is not an attorney and the fact that he claimed to have investigated this thoroughly was also untruthful or he would have known you cant go after an issue that is well over 15 yrs old and unsupported by any information he claimed. The bank was directly associated with the employer and he would have to fight not only us but an employer covering 3/4 of the us. This is definitely fraud!

Today I received a call from my siter in law, whom had a message left on her answering machine from a man Named Mark Pirchered, or something along those lines, she was not clear on the last because she said it was har to hear the message clearly being it was left on a machine..  Anyways the man claimed i had a criminal charge that I was facing and the case was being sent to the D.A office in my county...  The area code indicates it is a Chicago Illinois number, which I have never been to Chicago so I found that one a little weird, then on top of it I did further research and discovered that if you did infact get in trouble or have committed a crime in another county or state you would have to go there for a trial, they would not transfer your case to your county because you did not do anything in that county... This is why I believe this man is a fraud, or a simple debt collector who has taken over old dept cases and is trying to make money off it.. and is going about by scaring people in hopes that they will in fact contact him and try to settle the amount owned without even thinking about it first.   So please everyone who may have had this call, or will receive do some research first before freaking out !!!

I was called too by this jerk. Told me he was going to have charges filed with the D.A. Little did he know I contacted the assistant D.A.! This guy is a fraud.
