It's a scam! There a phony debt collector . I looked it up . I was told I was " under
Investigation "

Was contacted by "Investigator Smith", telephone number  312-462-1026, he told me that my 'Green Card' had expired and unless I sent them $5,000.00 cash, they would have me deported back to the UK. I am a US citizen and (altho I have lived all over the world) have NEVER had a green card.

After I finished laughing at him, I hung up.

He started calling relatives, I guess he got their names by googling mine, then got their numbers - telling them that I owed money.

He then left a message calling me an ignorant fat [***] and that if I didn't call him back there would be a 'Sheriff' at my door in 20 minutes, well.....guess who my boyfriend is?!

Elaine Smith called me asking for my wife I guess since my wife didn't answer. She stated that she was with a law firm and was calling about charges that were filed on my wife today. I began asking her legal questions pertaining to said "charges" in which she could not answer. I advised her that while we were talking, I'd already googled her fake/scam phone number. She became frustrated and began yelling. I guess my laughter frustrated her. She then hung up in my face. I guess some people have nothing better to do than try to scam hard working people. I have a suggestion........GET A REAL JOB!!!!!!
